Its a good product but the downside is…
Its a good product but the downside is it rewards new customers more than loyal customers. At present if you are a new customer there's 2 dozen ball free gift plus the free rounds

This firm are rogues
This firm are rogues. They make it so difficult to make a claim. I was trying to claim for my husband who has a rare speech problem and cant communicate, they wouldn't accept me speaking on his behalf. They put my husband through an embarrassing situation asking him for his details . He felt humiliated. Other firms I have dealt with have been sympathetic and accepted the situation. All we wanted was a new lithium battery as his trolly had been blown into a pond.
I've now cancelled both our policies as this firm make it too stressful and complicated to deal with. I thought cancelling the policies id get half a tears money back BUT oh no . Plain rogues.
