Efficient refund
Reserved and paid for my seats on the Golden Express from Interlaken Ost to Montreaux but the train was cancelled due to a technical issue on the train. I asked for a refund and received an immediate apology and a full refund within the stated 5 days. Things happen in life, but it is how you address the issue that makes a difference.
