If you think you know everything you don’t, put in the effort and if you are lucky enough to get John, he will break things down, brings everyone together and creates a learned environment, with a great sense of humour. Excellent!

Excellent SMSTS course with John Fitzmaurice. His knowledge and industry experience are second to none, and he has a great way of making even the legal bits interesting. The week was engaging, full of practical examples, and somehow he managed to make an SMSTS course fly by—which deserves an award in itself! Highly recommended to anyone looking to complete their SMSTS. Thanks, John, for a brilliant week

Really enjoyed my SMSTS training course which I completed over five weeks and which was led by Andy, Tanya and John who are all incredibly knowledgeable and experienced people. They made the course fun to take part in and I would not hesitate to recommend Goldcross for future training courses.

Paul Stott was the trainer, and what a trainer we had! 24 years as an Engineer sitting on courses year in year out and never have I experienced such a trainer. If I could give 10 stars I would. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Talk about engagement! Recommended!

Just finished my SSSTS course with Paul Stott, and it couldn’t have gone better. Unfortunately he is a man city fan, the only right answer being arsenal. But his teaching was straight forward and focuses exactly on what’s going to come up on the test.

Paul Stott who lead us on the training was spot on ,very patient knowing that everyone was on a different level of learning and understanding. I did enjoy both days as he has dept knowledge of the industry.

Paul Stott was my trainer. He has a way of making the course enjoyable to learn and a lot easier to remember. His knowledge was exceptional. His only down full was that he supported Manchester City. I would recommend him to anybody who wants to take the SSSTS course.

Brilliant trainer, Couldn't be more attentive. Shame he has to put lemonade in his pints but can't thank him enough for getting me through my SSSTS course.
