While dealing with our sale she prompted us to enter the competition for a Ball watch which my husband would love too.

I stumbled on Gold Arts online and saw my dream ring, the staff were very helpful, they resized, posted to me in a couple of days and promised I could return if not to my liking.

Ordered white gold earrings arrived two days later good and quick service

Brought some earrings, wonderful!!
I went in before to have my jewellery valued and they did I get job, I will go there again

Paid in full £280 for earrings on line with next day delivery provided in purchase.
Received an email at close of business advising they were out of stock and to choose another item from the site.
I have requested a refund and have not received it. Nor have I received a response from my email.
I checked the reviews before purchasing and all looked in order for this company. However this screams scam and I will need to inform the police and trading standards.
As I am writing this I have just received this
‘may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account.’
I don’t understand why on earth it would take this long or why they took my money in the first place I if the earrings were out of stock. If they can provide next day delivery on items. Why does it seem reasonable to keep my money for 10 days?

Clearly suggesting an offer to pick an alternative and a 10 day wait for a refund.

I recommend you alter your emails and process as this did not feel legitimate.

Ordered a charm for my daughter, which had to arrive quickly before I left the country. Arrived next day- brilliant.

Contacted Gold arts with an email to see if they could repair my two Tiffany bracelets & sent them photos of the repairs needed.
Replied straightway to my query sent my bracelets to them & received them back within a few weeks.
Bracelets are repaired & look shiny new.

i purchased a ladies tag watch online - unsure and a little nervous. However i decided to call the shop and spoke to Ollie, within 5m i had purchased and paid for the watch.
