I contacted their site after they read my trustpilot review (see below they "appear to be nice" and wanting to help). They did not respond and did not refund any money. They did not provide any service.
I have logged there website to be taken down and will keep you all updated.
As mentioned... they are a FRAUDULANT COMPANY

Very good service, I'm using it almost everyday for my needs, I don't know what that guy is saying below me lol, I have sent some LTC too, but if you don't send the exact amount displayed on screen you won't receive the money in your balance, so I contacted the administrator on Telegram and in 5 minutes I had the funds in my balance.
