When I did a quote, I could not proceed. Your system fails to give a summary document to print before proceeding to pay or to review. A summary sheet should be displayed showing all the chosen upgrades etc, the extra price paid & the monetary benefit. eg if I chose legal assistance it shd show how much extra I pay per an and value of benefit ie. £100k

My experience
Go Compare were extremely quick & helpful. Initially I was very pleased with the quotes given and bought what I thought was a good car insurance over a week ago, however I have not received any documents to support the insurance that I paid for, I have phoned the company but sadly always get a robot.
