Update : I finally received my wallet ordered in November 2018, following my negative review on Trustpilot.
The inside fabric of the wallet is poor and the fingerprint recognition is not good at all.

Response : You have been actively shipping since September 2020 and my order was made in 2018. How do you explain positive reviews from pleople who ordered in 2021 and received their wallet before me ? Order number 103084128, 74 mail exchanges, I think you can all find them in your mailbox.

I ordered my wallet on 19th November 2018, to this day, I still have not received my wallet... Run away, don't waste your time and money !!! Not serious business !

After 2.5 years, and following an upset report here, I finally got the product.
Had some issue to operate, but got a fast support.
The product itself is close to its promise, though it is a bit sized.
So happy end, but cannot forgive the poor way, the dozens of emails and the fact that only though public shaming I have been able to finally get the product.

I made an order and paid on 24.02.2021. I wanted to order one of them. But since I opened different pages of the site several times, I mistakenly clicked the buy button again. I wrote a letter and got no response! Customer support is not working! Probably have to return your money through your bank. Be careful.
I will add my review (12.03.2021). On February 26, tech support responded. Given a track number, the parcel is being tracked, but the delivery time is still unknown.
I got my order. One of the wallets works, I started using it. The second one hasn't checked yet. Everything described in the ad works. There were some difficulties with the setup, but everything works fine in the end. The fingerprint scanner works correctly. I don't know if the wallet loss warning option works. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I waiting 2 months now!!! The first send the wallet to Germany!! I leave in Greece. Then they resend it but again i am waiting.........Moreover they say they have holidies and they cannot help me with tracking numbers or refunds!! SCAM go away!!!!

I will only revice once i GET FINALLY the wallet and you send me a refund for the 2 months of waiting!!!!

Brought this wallet back in 2017 waited 9 months for delivery . It was great for 3 months then packed up returned it to cashew at my expense and have not received a replacement . They just keep making excuses. Now in 2021 just more excuses on shipping dates.

I had this wallet gifted to me by my son. Though I am not tech-savvy, with time I really fell in love with this wallet. I don't have to worry about losing my cash because of the fingerprint. Also, I am a very forgetful person so my phone reminds me if I am leaving my wallet behind or if I misplace it. I feel it is worth the money and a must-buy product if you are like me!

Excellent product! Excellent customer support! I received the wallet and had a problem using it. Emailed support and within 24hrs they got back to me and fixed my issue and the wallet is working perfectly now. Prompt reply. Excellent customer support.

Biggest scammers going !!! 2 years we have been waiting for the wallet every now and then they send a reply with a date there going to send and guess what we still don’t get it - AVOID this company this company needs shutting down !!! One big scam won’t give us our money back

My initial feedback is EXCELLENT. The product works like a charm. Much satisfied with product features. I strongly recommend Cashew Wallet for safety and secure way of storing/handling money, cards etc.

Scam. Ordered mine in OCT 2018. Still waiting. Rip off. FBI should investigate this company for fraud and theft.

First of all there is no any contact number to inquire!!!
I am not worried about $100 , it’s the Trust they lost !! , you don’t do business like this !!

OMG !!! They don't even replay my email anymore! I ordered NOV 2019 .... What we can do? How to get refund ?

Nothing but lies and more excuses for their failure to deliver when promised time and time again. Every time I ask for a refund to be told it will ship at the end of the month or there is a supply problem or your order must be in the next shipment batch..... I believe in Karma and it will be returned to these individuals.

I placed my order in November of 2018 and have yet to receive a wallet or a refund! Every couple weeks they have a new excuse as to why I still haven't received my wallet. I continue to ask for a refund and am met with another excuse! It seems like I got hustled! I now believe they are liars and thieves.

These guys are crooks. It has been over a year since I made the purchase but these guys are such liars. They are running a scam!

Just like the other reviewers I have been cast aside for 2 years and blocked on all their social media platforms.
Scammers, liars and thieves.
They still respond to me with more lies every now and then.
Indiegogo who I paid the money to have denied any responsibility.
I have suggested to them that they are more careful who they give a platform to in future.

I Have order this wallet in july 2018 and never recieved this.
My advise to new customers:
Don't buy this product from this firm, they are cheating there customers.
I get always email that they will deliver the wallet, but til now I get nothing from them.

Have your business decided when to refund or ship our purchase yet? From Dec 2018, posponded to Jan 2019, then March, April and June. No sign of getting anything.
You should just close your business. It's dishonest and disguisting business model.

Your company has been officially informed through emails and customer support (your offline support) for many times about our refund request.
We had enough of your dramas, according to the consumer law, it is a major offence of accepting money for customer purchase when you are unable to provide the service or product.
Your company has been given many chances to deliver the goods as expected but you did not meet any of those arrangement.
You are required to refund the money now, indeed you have failed to process the refund within the requested timeframe. It will only lead this matter to be resolved through the legal channel.

Same here, i guess nobody got there order yet only promises. Their product is ANTI-THEFT but once you order your money is GONE.

I keep on asking a refund but they don't have plan to return your money back.....
