I was told £20 for consultation and I paid on phone and after the consultation I was asked to pay another £54.80. When I asked why the cost was hidden initially and all I got was you must pay. So I felt I was scammed

Had not seen a dentist in years due to bad past experiences.a broke tooth meant I needed to see an emergency dentist. The staff at GM dental put me at my ease and my experience there during dental surgery has been a positive one and my fear of dentists is now a thing of the past because of them. They are a wonderful kind and caring team and they have created a calm tranquil environment and I recommend them to anyone who has a fear of dentists or is looking for a new one.

Gm Dental is great there is not one bad word to say they made me gain such a confident smile within a matter of weeks with their whitening treatment there is no other treatment that has ever worked for me. Hands down the best dental place to go to :)

I always receive 5* service at GM Dental and Implant Centre. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and for someone like myself who is quite nervous about going to the dentist they always make me feel relaxed! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is anxious about seeing a dentist.

The dentist that seen me was Prem Ambrose and for anyone with any dental anxiety he is the one for you! Just amazing all round.

The pain I was going thru was worse than procedure. It's was painless and Dentist and assistant are gr8. Never seen one for anything complicated but I feel a lot better , thx to them.

It's a pleasure to be part of this amazing team. Gaurav is my dentist since 2016 when he was still working in Ashford. He's amazing with nervous patients and always takes the time to listen and explain the treatment in detail. I highly recommend Gaurav and his team in Rochester to my friends and family. ☺️

Most amazing service ever, my husband and I had avoided dentists for years both terrified everyone here so considerate even Chris the dental nurse held my hand entire way through 2 very long treatments, my husband had some regular work done but I opted for porcelain veneers and in both cases could not be more overjoyed with results thank you Prem, Chris and everyone else who were so kind and encouraging- if nervous you have to use these guys

My first proper visit under the new management. The refurb is very impressive. All the staff I met were very pleasant and helpful under difficult circumstances (Corvid 19).
One point that would deter me from using this practice if I was a new customer is the rather shabby exterior. First impressions are v important and a lick of paint and a broom on the approach to the front door would give a much better impression.
