If I could give 0 stars or below I would. It’s been a month and my item hasn’t arrived. Just won a case for claiming back funds with PayPal. Seller said item was damaged in transit after a week but I had to chase up for a tracking link. Was told a replacement would be sent straight away. Never received and never had tracking for that either. I would not trust this seller.

Ordered some replacement cables on the 17th feb, my order was apparently dispatched on the 22nd feb, tracking never updated so I emailed them and they replied on the 2nd March saying that it had been dispatched and if it doesn’t arrive within a week they would replace or refund, a week goes by and no parcel so I emailed them a few times asking for my refund and got no reply, But they have just arrived on 17th March with 48hr Royal Mail, glad I finally got what I ordered but I wouldn’t use them again.

Ordered some bulbs via Amazon site two weeks ago! Still no bulbs no refund and no communication!! Poor poor service! We want our money back!!

My Husband ordered a lamp for a Birthday present on 20th Feb with the order receipt saying deliver 2-3 working days. Birthday is 3rd March 2021. 1st March and still NO sign of the lamp, can't speak to anyone directly when you call customer service, tracking App is rubbish and you have to allow cookies and all sorts of preferences. Notified 26th Feb it had been shipped, still no sign of the lamp. If I had the product I could comment if it was any good, I can comment that the customer service is non-existent based on this experience. Have left 4 x emails on their Help@ website link, NOTHING. Left a VM also as requested for a call back for which I am still waiting. Overall experience has left me very dissapointed.

I purchased a lamp last year in June, I loved it to begin with, however with not lots of use and less than a year old it has suddenly stopped working all together. I’ve changed the bulb x3 times, checked the fuse and it’s neither of them. There must be something wrong with the cable, I have tried contacting them but no reply. Not very happy with the service. My mother also ordered one from them a few months ago which took over a month to be delivered, they finally replied to her after multiple emails and said it was out of stock, but they didn’t bother to communicate this with her. Not good customer service at all.
