Total scam artists
Total scam artists, they can’t promise you a delivery date and they don’t carry the product, they have to order it from another company and you chat with people in India that don’t have a clue what’s going on. I called the customer service number and they give you the runaround and say that someone will send me an email to verify that my order has been cancelled to issue a refund. But I never got that email. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This company is totally Fraudulent, STAY AWAY!!!!
Disappointed with Global Industrial
At Global Industrial, first person I talk to was Ruth, very kind and she also had a hard time finding a clear description, put me on hold and called tec, for me anyway the description on air filter wasn't clear on how to refill the dessicant filter/dryer and during researching on their site, a one gallon desiccant showed up as part of "add it on" along with a hose connector as the line up with this filter. so i just placed the order with out desiccant. I received the item, I made it known I have 4 gallons of desiccant already. so why buy more. called back after receiving the package and they were rude (not Ruth) kind of got the runaround so the second person at Global scolded me for not noticing a little tab that explained more about the item. I just want to return it and take the 15% restocking charge and pay for the shipping, but no they refused and directed me to the manufacturer "Arrow" Doug was his name, he also was rude, have no idea why. I just want to return it in the original box it came in. never used and only had it one day. I have bought lots of items from Global and this was my first time calling them asking to switch it out and purchase a different on. wow
NEVER AGAIN
This company seems as if it is a fraud or not real. Beware of them most likely a scam. I ordered a few weeks ago with two day shipping. The two day shipping that you pay extra for is over two weeks now. The company bilked me out of over three hundred dollars for a fast ship item that was in stock. When calling to track or complain, you get handed off to other people who keep forwarding you to the next and then to the end of the conversation and review with ai that doesn’t understand you. With no resolution.

On 9/21/23 I ordered 3 items. As of 9/28/23 on part of the order has arrived. After speaking with 6 representatives I will not have the rest of my order that they promised me by yesterday. I gave them every opportunity to fix the order, however customer service are out liars and very rude. They have tried everything to appease me except to fulfill the order. They refuse to pick up the half order and at one time told me to just keep it. Cost to much to return it, Now they just simply refuse to deal with me. They continue to claim they will refund my CC and have not. We have prepared the order for return and upon retaping the the box, the corner is damaged. CRICKETS. Never deal with these people.
Good website but very poor communication
I ordered ventilation fan on July 18. They told me that the item will not be shipped till September 1.
On July 24, we asked them to cancel our order. They told us our order has been shipped! However, we need to cancel it because we find another solution.
We called their customer service, Joseph. He told us that we can cancel your order with full refund on July 24. In addition, we received an email confirmation from Joseph to confirm the refund.
On August 15, we received another email from their service team, Arshad. Told us our shipment is lost. If we would like replacement or a refund. We asked them to cancel this order again. Get us a full refund.
On August 23, we received another email. Our order is shipped and then they charge over $700 on our credit card.
This is ridiculous how their team handle the order. Now need to call again tomorrow. Buyer aware
Going through your gauntlet
I was trying to repair a floor scrubber that you sell and found it almost impossible to contact anyone who knew anything about the floor scrubber. After several phone calls, hours on the phone with your company staff (the gauntlet) along with adamantly insisting that I speak to someone who could help me find one simple part to repair the floor scrubber that you carried, I was FINALLY transferred to a knowledgable person.
The support person, who was very helpful in identifying the part that I needed, was kind enough to also assist me in getting to the correct staff to get the part ordered.
Unfortunately his limited knowledge of the floor scrubber, due to not having the documentation of how the scrubber operated, had to defer to the manufacturer for more information. He was kind enough to send me a parts manual, but that was of no help, again due to Global's lack of website skills of providing parts and support for products they sell.
BUT THEN... The part that I ordered was 3 times the going rate of what the part sells for on the open market. (I discovered after ordering) Gouging prices along with very poor and limited support of products you carry is unacceptable.

I paid $100 for overnight shipment and they never shipped my order. This is the day it is supposed to be delivered and my order is still in "pending" status. This put me in a really bad situation with my boss as we NEED the product tomorrow for some patients. If I had read the horrible reviews I would NEVER had ordered from them!
Public Sector Customer service is atrocious!
I am normally a very patient and understanding person but I am absolutely furious about Global's Public Sector customer service. My client's order was cancelled without any notification. Laura Borrero was completely non-responsive, until I was finally able to get through to someone who informed her superviser. Only then was the order (presumably) processed; the product was reported as being in stock, ready to ship, and was promised to arrive within one week - on or about February 3rd. It was a $21k order and it NEVER arrived. It's been almost 6 months (mid July now) since the second reorder and my client just informed me that the product has STILL not arrived, it's "not found" when I try to track it and Laura is ignoring us AGAIN!!! I now have to call and jump though a lot of hoops to go through this all over again. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!

100% of Order Damaged
We ordered over $1000.00 of weight bearing shelving, and 100% of the posts and shelves arrived bent so badly that none of it was useable. We were never notified of shipping or delivery dates. An 18-wheeler randomly showed up to deliver our small order. In addition, only 75% of the order was delivered, and the missing 25% was a mystery until we received a call from the freight company letting us know that they were cleaning out a storage area and found a partial pallet with our information on it. It was damaged as well. Poor quality, poor shipping practices, poor shipping partners. Poorly run company. Below Zero rating. Will NEVER use again.
Terrible but got resolved after contacting BBB
Terrible. I ordered a air hose reel over 2 months ago. They changed original March ship date a few times. After talking to customer service rep the other day, I get the following email. I purchased it on their website for their published price. I have order confirmation email. Guess my only recourse is BBB.

Why am I not surprised the reviews here are so bad. I purchased a very expensive floor scrubber from this company, only to have it never work properly and is now completely broken. It has been a month that I am dealing with customer service, call after call, no resolution and am still paying for the machine. Seriously they need to be out of business and as a business owner, I do not say that lightly.

Worst customer service - do not purchase from them. We have had problems with all three order we have placed with this company - just purchase the stuff elsewhere or be prepared to do a charge back

Order was damaged in shipment and never delivered. The customer service dept. is not one of the worst I have encountered, it is the worst I have ever encountered. At the end of 3 months of emails and phone calls, I received a $481 refund from a $591 order. Even though the shipment was damaged and returned to global without my ever seeing, I still get to pay for shipping.
Avoid this company at all costs. Looking at the other reviews, "damaged shipment" seems to occur with amazing frequency, and magically the customers are all having issues getting their refunds. Astounding incompetence in customer service. Shady company.
