Brilliant service from Glentworth. Alison and Danielle couldn't do enough for our elderly parents to facilitate their move. They were patient and understanding.Things went very smoothly and their step by step advice and guidance was invaluable. Very impressed and Glentworth Lettings would come very highly recommended indeed.

Having found ourselves in a situation where we needed to move we approached Glentworth Letting agents.
From that first phone call to our move in date the whole team have been incredibly supportive. They are professional, courteous, informative and all emails and calls were dealt with with speed. This all added to a very smooth and stress free move. Special thanks to Alison and Danielle.

Me and my partner were looking to rent a properly I rang to book a viewing my partner had previous bad credit which has been settled and we had a guarantor and 6 months up front to offer, we’re we’re told this would be more than suitable and booked in for a viewing the following day. We were super excited as loved the look of the properly the viewing went well and we filled out the application there double checking with the letting agent that our situation would be considered as we loved the place and was interested, was told to wait for the outcome the following day.
Following day comes the agent gets in touch saying the landlord picked us but we aren’t getting the property as the referencing agency doesn’t like the settled money issue even though we were upfront from day 1 and had a deposit and guarantor, no explanation just a simple rude no! We were very upset and felt let down as the landlord had chosen us and it was perfect just to get told no and they also said the referencing agency said how would they know we wouldn’t default so was judging us on the past. We felt mislead and discriminated against and they didn’t seem to care at all we had been nothing but polite and shown our interest we both work full time and have no debt at all now and yet they thought it would right to make us feel worthless and like a piece of rubbish on there shoe. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NASTY STAFF THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONES FEELING OR HOW THEY TALK TO POTENTIAL TENANTS WE JUSY GOT LEFT OUT TO DRY WITH NO EXPLANATION UTTERLY AWFUL 😞

Estate agents aren't known as being the most morally upstanding people but this was my first encounter with them so it came as a surprise for me. We found a property for rent that was suitable for us and made a move to get it. Only a week later as paper work was being completed were we told that they had now given the property to someone else. This was astonishing seeing as we had already made agreements about the property but they didnt even try and rectify the situation, it was a case of 'if anything else comes up we will let you know'. Have since tried to avoid them at all cost
