Emma Shale provided an excellent service from the start. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions I have. Throughout the process, she explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated her attention to detail and genuine commitment to helping. It's clear that she cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

The reply from Glenigan is farcical, as we have reached out to them several times , but the will not negotiate on the cancellation of our membership.
Be aware on this as I believe this is not the first time that they have done this, and know exactly what they are doing .
Zero ROI, poor account management, and trapped by unfair contract terms
After being loyal, long-term Glenigan customers, we are incredibly disappointed with how we’ve been treated. Over the last three years, we have been unable to tie a single piece of won work to their platform, despite attending multiple training sessions. The ROI just isn't there.
Compounding the issue, we've been passed around between numerous account managers, resulting in zero consistency. When we finally decided to cut our losses and provided 6 weeks' notice to cancel, Glenigan refused. Instead, they hid behind a strict 90-day cancellation clause to auto-renew our account for another 12 months.
Forcing a long-standing client to pay for an entire year of an ineffective service is predatory. Be very careful with their contract terms—they prioritize fine print over customer relationships.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
We have been loyal customers of Glenigan for a long time, but the service has severely deteriorated over the last three years. Despite investing significant time, effort, and participating in multiple training sessions, we have been completely unable to tie a single piece of won work to their platform. The data simply hasn't delivered a return on investment.
To make matters worse, their internal organization is a mess. We have been passed around numerous account managers, meaning we constantly have to re-explain our business needs to someone new, with zero consistency or accountability.
When we finally decided to cut our losses, we gave a reasonable 6 weeks' notice to cancel. Instead of acknowledging our long-term loyalty or our genuine issues with the product, Glenigan hid behind the fine print. They are enforcing a strict 90-day cancellation window to force an automatic 12-month renewal on us.
Instead of working with a long-standing client to find a fair resolution, they have prioritized short-term revenue over customer relationships. They are forcing us to pay for an entire year of an expensive service we do not want and that has proven useless to our business.
If you are considering Glenigan, be incredibly careful. They will not hesitate to lock you into another expensive year if you don't hit their exact window, regardless of how long you’ve been a customer or how poorly their product has performed.

Recently singed up to the Glenigans system and had a training session with Dawn. Dawn was polite and professional, and a joy to be trained by. She was clear and helpful with the training and provided some good advice and tips on how we can best the data to grow. 10/10.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Hasti from Glenigan recently, and it was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we're trying to achieve and tailored the conversation around our business rather than delivering a generic presentation.
Hasti was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and offered plenty of useful insights that will help us make better use of the platform. It was refreshing to speak with someone who was so engaged and clearly passionate about helping customers get real value.

Hasti at Glenigan was incredibly helpful.
Hasti was incredibly helpful and took the time to guide our group through getting the right information into the platform, rather than leaving us to sift through mountains of irrelevant data. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in her explanations, making the whole experience much easier.
