Completly scam ...i order glases with foto and 90min record function and received some simple crap glases...£89.99 initial cost, 49.99 on sales...and i use first time customer discount 20% was £29.99...rubbed for £25 least cause the value of those glasses is not higer of 2-4£ 🤬🤬🤬 and of course they dont reply

Purchase made 16th May, told item despatched,no delivery! e mailed them again, finally told item no longer available, told I could order another item. I do not want. Have requested a refund. But don’t hold out much hope awful customer service,

£39.99 for a wall clock that is so disgustingly awful. Ripped right off, so annoyed didn't check reviews. Received a load of push out foam numbers, its made in china rubbish & fit for the bin! Disgusted. Waiting for rssponse to my email & i can guarantee we won't see a penny back, this is literally going in the bin!

Ordered a product
Cancelled within 24 hours
They wouldn’t accept cancellation even though they confirmed purchase 72 hours later
Impossible customer service
AND
If you want to return the order
You have to pay to return to California
And still not have your money returned
Could easily have been sorted had they cancelled the purchase , which was well within my legal rights as I cancelled a few hours after I made the purchase
Avoid this company at all costs

I made a purchase on the 30/03/2024 and…
I made a purchase on the 30/03/2024 and received aero communication regarding my purchase being sent out. They did however send an email asking for a review. I’ve emailed them several times and had 0 response. I’ve even tried to reach out on social media and found they just delete the comments I leave and simply continue to ignore me. Insanely bad customer service. They took my money and never responded since. Avoid.
