We had an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. We booked and paid in full months in advance for two properties, only to be told on the day of our stay that one of the accommodations was no longer available because it had been given to someone else. This left our group scrambling to make last-minute arrangements and caused unnecessary stress after months of planning.

Throughout the process, communication was poor, there was little empathy or accountability, and we did not feel respected or valued as paying guests. The checkout experience was equally unpleasant, including being asked to remove our own rubbish, which felt unreasonable. While the property itself was acceptable, it could not make up for the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and the way our concerns were handled. Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating Airbnb experiences we've had, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property to anyone genuinely seeking to relax and have a good time. We hope future guests never have to go through a similar experience. It is horrible.

We booked and paid for two properties months in advance, but on arrival one was given to someone else with no prior notice. The host also contacted us to cancel our Airbnb booking and asked us to pay directly instead.

On check-in day, the host arrived 2-3 hours late for our 4pm check-in and remained in the property with us until 4am. During this time there was inappropriate behavior, including eating our food. The situation escalated to aggressive behavior, including smashing a phone on the floor and physical contact with a guest, which caused significant distress for members of our group.

At checkout we were told to take all rubbish away in our own cars. The host is now refusing refunds for the property that was not provided and is also withholding deposits for both properties.

Due to the lack of professionalism, accountability, respect, and safety, we do not recommend this host/Glams.

Hello Unfortunately, our experience during and after checkout was disappointing.There were allegations made that we did not agree with, which resulted in a dispute over our deposit. Communication could. have been handled more fairly and transparently. While others may have a different worst experience, we were left feeling dissatisfied with how the matter is still unresolved

The owner of this business also runs an Airbnb, which we booked and paid for two properties months in advance. On check-in day, we were told one property was no longer available because it had been given to someone else who paid for 2 months, which she can’t afford to loose because of our 2 nights pay. This last-minute disruption caused huge stress for our entire group after we had invested so much time and money planning.

The issues didn’t stop there. On check-in day, the host arrived 2-3 hours late for our 4pm check-in, and then remained in the property with us until around 4am. During this time the host was eating our food, behaving inappropriately toward guests, and became aggressive, including smashing her phone on the floor. This caused a mental breakdown for some in our group and made us feel unsafe and completely unwelcome. Hospitality should involve courtesy and respect, and we did not receive that.

At checkout we were also told to load all our rubbish into our own cars and take it away, which was unreasonable.

Now, despite all of this, the host is refusing to refund us for the second Airbnb that was never made available, and is also refusing to return our deposit for the first property we did use.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct turned what should have been a memorable trip into a very negative experience. I cannot recommend this host. If you book here, confirm every detail in writing.

The manager for this restaurant owns multiple business that i believe are not government registered and believes its ok to steal from people

The best delicious african dishes, Chinese and Italian cuisine i ever tasted...so yummy and sumptuous. I would recommend anytime, any day.
