Absolute horrible scum! You prove to them that you've clearly paid for parking and they don't believe you, threaten you and talk to you like they are above you. Every single phone call has been the same! They are nasty bullies who know I've paid for parking, yet continue to threaten me. It even takes them 3 months to respond to a message. Just vermin, the lot of them.

Truly the most unpleasant and aggressive company I have had to deal with. I can only assume that you have to have no moral compass or compassion to work at Gladstones.

This company is for nothing better than scamming the public. They issue parking fines for situations that didn’t occur and then fail to converse and give the evidence to support this. I was issued a parking fine last year which I wasn’t aware of and told to pay £350 for a vehicle I no longer had. This is preposterous because I don’t understand how a fine can be had with a vehicle that is no longer in use. Because of this, I recently found out a CCJ had been issued to my name, which has affected all aspects of my life. If this company full of stupid people could have communicated and provided said evidence, I could have avoided the need to go to court. These morons should not be allowed to operate as a legal company as they are as clean as the dirt underneath my shoe.

They are so rude and have the worsest attitud eI ever receievd when asked for evidence on the letter sent to me. I never received a PCN on which they ask me for money and in the emails they don’t answer and the only thing they suggest me to do us to pay and not to ask questions. Worse ever company !!!!!!!

I went to court yesterday as the defendant; CPM being the claimant (yes! They took me to court) but the case was dismissed on the grounds of insufficient evidence from them.
The case related to an issued ticket in February 2022. Please note, I did not pay as it was wrongfully to issued.
I strongly advise all of you to take it all the way to court!
They didn’t even have the decency to show up!! And they are the ones who chose the route of court.
Do not take their threats or intimidation! They are operating unlawfully and the more people stand up to them, the sooner they will stop operating.
Don’t be bullied.

I have received a solicitor's letter demanding GBP 170 for a parking fine, claiming they sent the initial notice to my previous address. This is my first time changing my address in the UK. Initially, I updated my driving license address but was unaware that I also needed to update my V5C document.
Despite explaining my situation and even informing them about permission from Student accommodation and providing proof of helping an international student, they rejected my explanation. This is the first time I've faced such rudeness in six years, especially in a country known for its helpfulness and integrity.

Having read numerous review comments, I believe it's imperative to speak up. Could someone advise me on the process of raising concerns about this company's actions, please?

Hi guys
I would like to give this company 5 stars, for the simple reason they are a 5 star bunch of con artist, It is a crime how they treat people as they are not really a legal organisation, The 5 star relates to how incompetent they are in dealing with Humans as they hide behind emails. In a court of official UK law they fail. Everyone has a lawful right to a written reply to an appeal, but I understand why they do not reply as they do not know how to communicate with human beings.
I am now waiting my day in court as a citizen of the Uk and will stand up for all the innocent people who have been affected by this bunch of 5 star con artists.
If anyone gets a fine from these guys, do not pay it as they will go out of business.

Disgusting company

This is one of the signs how this country has fallen. How could the ombudsman continue to function when we have a firm like this. There is no limit to how low they can go. I have lost £300 for an alleged parking fine that I did not receive any tickets for. The government needs to do something, because we are fastly becoming a banana republic.
What is stopping anyone from starting a parking company and issuing anyone a ticket. During a time of recession and cost of living this is disgraceful.

Leeches, who pray on vulnerable people. Ethics used to be at the heart of the UK legal system. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

If I could rate this so called solicitor firm a 0 then I would! Spoke to an extremely rude boy called Simon who seemed to have an issue as soon as I picked up the phone. Ignorant, rude and extremely useless. Anyone would think that the company pays him millions to speak to customers so rudely. Think he needs to remember that he picks up the phone for a living lol.

They are keep bordering me with letters and text on my phone I don’t know where I parked and how they got my details and keep send my dose unlowful letter and demanding £170
Is there any way to get them stop this is there any low which we can turn in to for help

Very poor threatening to take to court and issue CCJ, i have attempted to make the payment with credit card but will only accept debit card, i have proof payment was attempted, lets see how this goes in court

This company is the biggest scam going I don’t know how they’re not been shut for how they send letters after letters.

I’ve emailed them so many times and have kept as prove just in case they try t drag me to court. I have asked them to send me proof of the parking fine and photo proof but however I have received noting at all via email or via post.

They ignore you and let the fine build up like we’re going pay it. I will be not paying none of their fines without them letting me know with proof.

It’s crazy how they use automated systems to send you emails.

When tried to call no answer for more than 45 minutes and then hangs up.

Cannot provide any cost breakdowns, change fine price 3 times and clearly have a bunch of clowns working for them who don’t have a clue what they are doing. Reporting to SRA. Absolute con artists, should all be ashamed of yourselves.

As per other reviews. This company sent a letter saying I had a parking fine. I disputed the fine as I know I was at work that day. Double checked this. Asked them for evidence and three months on I have heard nothing from them whatsoever, not a stitch. Logged into the Gladstone account and the debt is still showing at pre-judgement stage whatever that is. Surely these solicitors are governed by someone. I'm going to have to try and find out.

I received a parking ticket off a company who had my wrong details and sent it to my old address, the parking ticket was invalid but because they had my old address the ticket escalated to Gladstones Solicitors who in turn emailed me and I sent them the relevant information which should of cleared me of any monies owed. They bombarded me with threats that it will increase and I could go to court ect ect until I involved the actual car park owners and was sent the relevant information that I indeed I shouldn't of got a ticket. I sent this to gladstone and after a few more threats via email that my fine will increase the owners contacted them and they then emailed me to say they have all the information needed and the matter was closed. 3-4 months later they have started texting me again saying the amount is due again. Repeatedly tried to phone them with no answer. Worst company I've ever delt with by far !!

Absolutely terrible

What vile and un polite firm to deal with. Parked for less than 15 mins to drop some clothes off at a charity shop.
Accidentally knocked my badge off at the one shop retail park Perry Barr due to my condition, after sending in appeal and evidence. After spending 20 years shopping in retail park I'll never set foot in the place again. Nothing but a bunch of leeches so be warned, park a mm out and you be paying for it with corrupt government and courts in place to back them up they get away with it, best thing just avoid the place this guy must been hiding in a doorway to give ticket.

Shocking organisation. Take 3 months to respond to emails. Parking ticket dated back to 2021 and can't answer a simple question or provide simple evidence. Absolute sharks. Scammers
