recently received a ccj for a parking ticket when i phone gladstone janine helped and fair play very professional payed the fine and just received confirmation from experian that the ccj will go from my credit file, people that moan should try and resolve instead of probably having a go at them from start and maybe they'll help better, but my experience was amazing

They automatically place CCJ on your account, by threatening you then lie about it. Clearly this organisation was set up by dirty blood money. They don’t help, only ruin your life. They don’t train their staff or deal with any procedures correctly. They lie eventhough everything was recorded. They only leave you alone with debts they purposely pile up with a devils smile. A company stealing from people struggling to live. Nasty piece of work this company is. Devils got his hands tightly in this. Everyone who works here or pridefully represents them. Enjoy hell.

This company is a complete scam.
The most brutal and immoral practices are implemented in order to generate revenue. Getting trough them is another problem, first they don't answer your call, once they do answer after a long time, then they cut the call on you, and then finally when you are on the phone with them, they don't deliver on their promises.
This company uses black mail tactics in order to achieve their immoral objectives.

I received court papers for a parking fine without any prior ticket being received. I tried to contact the company to discuss, however the only number I was provided with was a payment line. I googled them and found a number online that nobody would answer and any email address that constantly bounced back.

Do these people think they're providing a service?

My recent encounter with Gladstones Solicitors has been nothing short of appalling, marking it as one of the worst experiences I've had with any company. The level of unresponsiveness and ineffectiveness demonstrated throughout this ordeal has been truly disheartening.

The crux of the matter revolves around a serious case of car registration fraud, where someone has used my family's business details to register their vehicle at our address. Seeking resolution, I reached out to Gladstones Solicitors, only to be met with an astonishing three-month delay in their response about the parking fines.

The gravity of car registration fraud necessitates swift and efficient action. Unfortunately, Gladstones Solicitors failed miserably in this regard, displaying a shocking lack of urgency in addressing the situation.

Furthermore, the individual handling our case at Gladstones Solicitors proved to be utterly unhelpful. Despite repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution, their support has been lacking, and the seriousness of the issue seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

To exacerbate matters, the company's phone lines are virtually impossible to reach. This lack of accessibility raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to providing effective and timely customer service.

In conclusion, my experience with Gladstones Solicitors has been nothing short of a nightmare. The prolonged response time, ineffective support, and unresponsiveness to urgent matters make them a company to be approached with extreme caution. I sincerely hope that others are spared from the frustration and disappointment I have endured in dealing with this shockingly inept solicitors firm.

Absolutely the worst kind of company and people possible.

Repeatedly hung up on in the face of factual evidence, bullying and threatening letters and above all sending (apparently) one letter before court submission is something to do.

We had a newborn baby the day a letter was sent (apparently) and all of a sudden 2.5 months later we face court action.

Tried to speak to several people today. Hung up all bar one who then hung up on me during the call anyway putting words in my mouth about what I had ‘apparently’ said.

Horrible company. They keep sending me parking fines for a car that was written off a long time ago and is not in my name. They do not reply to emails to discuss. It's just constant harassment. I'm currently looking at taking them to court.

This company are repeatedly threatening me with legal action for parking in my car park space that I own as per the lease on a property that I also own. Some idiot told uk car park management to manage the car park without any authorisation from me. They don't seem to understand that CPM never had the authority to issue me a fine for parking in my own space. I am planning to sue them for harassment. I would suggest that others also do the same.

A squalid bunch of charlatans who write legally illiterate misleading letters to try and intimidate people into paying unenforceable private parking ' tickets' It is a mystery to me why the Solicitors Regulation Authority has not closed them down and the senior people called to account in a Criminal Court. As a legal professional I view vermin such as Gladstones with cold hatred and absolute withering contempt.

Unfortunately I didn't receive any parking fine notices from National Parking Management and the date of the parking offence was 09/10/2022 and last week I only just received a claim form from the Civil National Business Centre (read in court) for £267.53 which is in my opinion quite unreasonable. As the parking fine was in the area I usually park my car I can only assume I parked incorrectly.... The National Parking Management I believe was in fault also as I did not receive any notices to my mailing address (and I usually always get my mail). There are no photographic evidence of my parking error and when I tried to call Gladstones (aka dodgy) Solicitors and selected option "2" from their automated phone menu.. it just rang and rang and rang (no answer). After 10 minutes listening to "Ring Ring" I decided that they would not pick up my call so I have emailed them on enquiries email address so lets see how this goes...... I emailed them and still I have not received a response (other than the Acknowledgement email I got right after I emailed them). So National Parking Management seems to hold on to the parking notice (or at least they did with mine) and then decided to escalate to Gladstones collections for payment.... Maybe National Parking Management is partnering with Gladstones Solicitors to make more money from us poor motorists. Anyhow beware they are both just a profit orientated company and not providing very professional customer service as they don't seem to answer their phones... I did try to call on different days and still got no answer.

My elderly father has been harassed by this company for a parking fine which he tried to pay but was told even after a few days of receiving it that it was already with their debt collector aka Gladstones Solicitors. When I called GS the phone just rang through with no answer and now he is being chased for £193 on a claim form. Suffering of cancer and already under an incredible amount of stress this unethical company are simply adding to his plate. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

All letters were sent to my old address, the fines has increased to £160, I'm only going to pay them the first £50 and this will end my outstanding debt how you get sleep to live off poor people who barely survive on their salaries, you sit in a warm chair and take money from people, this is a scam and it has to end, I'm not talking about the £160, but about how easy and refined you are do you know how to ask people for money that you don't deserve with threats, for me, take it to court for me, I would like to personally meet the person who extorts money from people that does not belong to him, I hope that the one who gets rich will be to have only bad luck in life, that's all I wish for him, that the money he steals from the poor people bring him onky bad luck in life.

My parking fine was escalated to £267.40 through no fault of my own, today I received a court summons from Gladstones despite it being cancelled over 2 months ago, phoned Gladstones as I need a confirmation letter from them to confirm that it has been cancelled but the phone just rings out, these companies need regulating, \i am 80 years old and some people my age would be tempted to just pay up!!!!!

Words fail me. God only knows how these mercenaries got a license to practice. Awful company, awful people and if there is a god these cowboys will go bankrupt in the near future

I called them today to discuss the parking ticket, The lady who answered the phone very arrogant and didn't h=want ti listen to me and then hung up on me.

A total scam of a company. Please please please seek legal advice and you will beat the sharks. They will end up getting struck of if we all stick together and keep on complaining dont give up. Gladstones solicitors with no solicitors??, I had a friend who is a barrister and ask to speak to one of their solicitors including myself to be told they don't have any solicitors, so questioned the wemon on phone who then hung up lol these just use the name of company as a threat and all they are are a debt collrction agency I've now asked the to take me to court for a debt I don't owe, so awaiting court hearing and then see the power of a real legal team, they have no solicitors I hope they do cause they will be facing me and a barrister in court, I'll now also take it to the fca, the parking regulators, pcm that don't know the legal way of fitting signs etc, I've all the evidence, reporting it to rip off Britain as well I've also now been in contact with a parliamentary mp, I've also got evidence they legally tressepassed on my own property, pcm caused damage to my car, parking attendant turned up with alcoholic drinks in his car, bald illegal tyres on his car tryed to run me over police were called and pcm funny another lost his body cam footage lucky I have the evidence can't wait for court, let's meet the pretend solicitors, I've keep all letters and recorded the calls to gladstones clowns, they even said my friend who is a barrister couldn't talk to one of the 'gladstones sicitors' declined lol and hung up lol

This firm is very unprofessional.
The first customer service I spoke to hanged up the phone on me .
I called back and I spoke to a guy call josh .
They all have one thing in common.
They don’t care about treating people fair they just want to collect fare for their pocket or your data for their business.

I asked them about the letter of the offence so I can have a look and see for my self they asked for my phone number and my email address.
I asked for their address so I can put it in writing they said they will send me a pack I need to sign return to them so they want my signature.
Josh was using very intimidating language and provocative behaviour so he really upset me and wants to speed things to court for more cash.

All I need things in writing I’m not asking for a lot.
