This is the second time I have ordered a custom PC from them and the service remains as excellent now as it was 10 years ago. Quality build, well packaged and delivered safely in less than 5 days. Would recommend to anyone wanting a PC.

I ordered a pc late at night, it was dispatched the next day and I received the following day. I can’t fault the company on anything.

The delivery was really good. I had a few questions and phoned them, I left a message and within 5 mins they got back to me. My questions where answered with clarity and in terms I would understand. I was told to get in touch any time if I had any more questions. Great customer service.

I received support exploring the specification for the replacement PC.
The online ordering process was simple, and the new PC arrived on the promised date.
There were no cosmetic or technical issues.

Pc was dead on arrival. Power switch and power LED cables were disconnected from the Motherboard but probably shaken loose during transit. Call to customer services resolved the issue. Pc good quality and now working fine.

Excellent interaction and build.

Took time to get clarifications, turned around the build super quick.

Would source from here again for sure.

Working well, not all software yet installed, and not all data yet available but all apears well so far.

Originally, I was a little bit hesitant due to not knowing much about computers. However, some very basic research paired with a solid website containing helpful advise and a easy UI and displayed information made the whole process of picking what was desired easy. Build time and delivery was as said to be and the computer works flawlessly and came as ordered.
The only aspect that felt a little lacking was communication, there were no real issues but suddenly getting an email on the night prior to delivery was a suprise. A nice one, but one that could have maybe have a prior email detailing the build being finished. (This is just me being pretty nitpicky though.)

Quick and well made, although I’ve asked for windows 10 not 11…. which I’ll ignore because of the reliability and quality of the service related to the PC assembly and the fast delivery.

Spoke to G6! just before the bank holiday weekend and had a chat through various spec questions & the advice was good and stopped me from going spec overboard for no reason.
We thought delivery might take longer than advertised does to the bank holiday weekend but it arrived in time - very impressive!

Very well made pc but sad and ridiculous that they say it will invalidate your warranty if you fit internal hard drives. I will fit them and see what happens in court in the incredibly unlikely event that my added internal hard drive makes the pc explode

Customer service was very good. Delivery swift. Computer has been working perfectly well since purchase just over a month ago.

Good quick delivery. Nice bit of kit. My last PC was built by Ginger 6 and has served me well for 14 years. Long overdue an upgrade!

Customer Service was superb. I placed several calls over a few weeks trying to spec out a brand new machine and explained all the criteria I was trying to meet. Kevin was the not the type of salesperson that just wanted to sell me something, He even proposed less expensive options for many things as being "overkill" or not required. Huge thank you for all the advice. Then I ordered my new machine which arrived within a week as planned and having seen the immense change the pc has had to the quality of the games on screen - I cannot recommend this company any higher.

Kevin was super helpful and my son was really pleased with his recommendations.
