Great pc arrived on time,I would definitely recommend.

The website was easy to follow and I liked it's encouragement to contact them for any help. I chose to build my computer - for home and office use - and found a good range of components to choose from. Once I had made my choice a phone call to Kevin set my mind at rest that I hadn't chosen anything that didn't match. Ordering online was straightforward - I ordered on a Monday and received a message the following Friday that it was ready for delivery. It arrived the next day (Saturday), at the time they said, well-packaged and carefully handled by the courier. Set up was fairly easy. The only problem I had was attaching dual monitors to the box (only one HDMI slot), but a phone call to Kevin helped me solve this.
Even though I've been buying computers for 30 years It's still a bit unnerving to get a new one. This is the first time I've bought from Ginger6 and I have to say it they are probably the best organised of all companies I've dealt with. I've been very satisfied and would recommend Ginger6 to anybody.

I needed a new PC for general home use, but looking at the specifications of off-the-shelf models, realised that my understanding of them was both lacking and outdated. Enter Kevin at Ginger6, with whom I spoke by phone for a good while. With his expert knowledge of both hardware and software he was able to talk me through the various options for a bespoke model to my exact requirements, including future-proofing, all for a most competitive price.
With new-found knowledge of my baseline specs, had I then gone back to “high street” models, I would have had to pay over the odds to get a lot of other, higher specs that I would never need.
After receipt of my Ginger6 PC (free delivery) it was nice to able to get Kevin’s advice immediately on recommended software settings when setting it up, and I am very pleased with it. Overall, the whole process of choosing and buying a new PC was much simplified, courtesy of Ginger6, who will be my first choice for any future purchases.

PC ordered on Friday available to collect Tuesday, excellent service no issues at all, with competitive pricing.

The computer is better than I expected, which was a significant achievement—there's no way to buy a similar computer at any store at this price anywhere.

technical follow up expertise

There was some slight bent-in damage to the HDMI port but easliy straightened with a screw driver. Every thing worked well so I didn't need to ask for help. Getting used to Windows 11. This is sent from it. I would use the company again and certainly recommend Ginger6.

The ordering system seemed very straightforward and having placed my order I was contacted to discuss what I wanted. Sensible suggestions for alternative components were made and accepted and the computer was dispatched within a couple of days. The delivery was free and the couriers delivered it on a Saturday morning which was great. Excellent service all round
