Before purchasing a computer for my son I emailed to get some advice, Kevin responded quickly and advised
me what I would need to ensure my son had a computer that would play his flight simulator and allow for all the updates. Delivery was fast and computer was very well packed. My son is delighted. Thank you for your great service.

Had my computer coming on for 3 years now. Its very easy to leave a review in the first 3 weeks or so then things change.
I do not leave reviews as a norm but this time I feel I have to!
I asked for a computer designed to play specific games and it was designed by Kevin for me.
I couldn't be more pleased it still does exactly what I was promised and at the right price. When I want another I will be back!

Needed a new gaming system so gave Ginger6 a call. He had a great knowledge and was so helpful. Within 10-15 minutes he had guided me through a new computer, with great specs and at a great price. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that needs a similar service.

Really helpful and very knowledgeable advising me when putting together my dream machine. Arrived in perfect nick, well packaged etc it was all configured and ready to go. Very very happy.

Finding the place to pick up my PC from was easy enough, although the building isn't easily identifiable right away. The PC itself was well packaged, came with a Windows recovery USB stick which was very welcome, plus a few other bits & pieces. When I first plugged it in there was a ticking sound, but found a cable had just come loose while transporting it & was catching against a fan, an easy thing to fix. Since then, this PC has been a dream. The folk at Ginger6 are eager to help & fast to communicate, very pleased.

Great experience with Ginger 6. My son loves his gaming PC. They were very helpful with any queries and even offered to ship it to us early as they’d finished the build sooner than expected.

Customer service is quick and helpful, but the courier service they use is ASTOUNDINGLY awful. APC are the worst courier service going, and the guys at Ginger 6 refuse to acknowledge this and use anyone else.

First day I missed my parcel, because the driver did not knock on my door. I was literally in the room at the time and I didn't realize he was at the door until I got the text to reschedule delivery - at this point he was already back in his van driving off.

Second day, I waiting all day for it to arrive, which it didn't.

Third day I contacted APC to find out where my parcel was and they didn't pick up the phone until I went through their parent company - at which point they said that they couldn't get in touch with the driver and put me on a morning delivery for the following morning.

Fourth day, the package finally arrives wet, beaten up and with the box practically falling apart. The PC inside had a crack right down the case, feet were hanging off and it was battered up enough for me not to be able to remove the side panel to reach the internals of the PC.

The customer service was helpful enough though, and promised me a refund even though I wanted a new PC to be delivered through a different courier - which wasn't possible, unfortunately.

Overall, not a particularly pleasant experience - not because of the company itself but the courier company that they willing choose to use, knowing they have a sub-par reputation.

Fast turnaround, well built and good value for money. They had good knowledge both in construction and also supporting me with some technical support questions I raised. This is the fifth time I’ve used them and a great experience every time!

I purchased a gaming computer firstly on ebay where I saw there advert but eventually went over to there website as you can add more components to your PC or upgrade the parts to suit hour needs and affordability. I used them because they had good ratings and something like a PC I wanted to make sure I was dealing with honesty and professionalism which is what I got. If your in the market for a gaming PC these guys are your first port of call. I'm a novice with anything computer wise and I felt totally confident in letting them know this. I knew I wouldn't be scammed or ripped off. I'm very happy with my PC and the customer service was also very good. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again, in fact I know I will when the day comes for a possible upgrade. Thankyou Ginger 6 computers...Really please with the PC you built me.

my experience with ginger 6 was fantastic, even though had extra tower and was not aware due to was delivered to me but was sorted very fast. Excellent customer service.
Not sure of tower due to present for son for Christmas.
