Really disappointed the cake and flower I order totally different from the picture.poor service.please dont use this apps for send gift..they are scammer actually

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gifts to India 24x7.
I ordered a cake for my mom’s 70th birthday, a very special milestone that I wanted to celebrate with a beautiful cake. Unfortunately, the cake that was delivered arrived completely smushed and damaged. This was already incredibly upsetting because it was ordered specifically for an important family celebration.
Customer service arranged a replacement cake free of charge, which I initially appreciated. However, the replacement was another major disappointment. The writing on the cake was so poorly done that it genuinely looked like it had been written by a 5-year-old. This was not a minor imperfection — it looked extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a cake celebrating someone’s 70th birthday.
Considering the amount I paid, I expected a basic level of quality, presentation, and attention to detail. Instead, I received two unacceptable experiences with the same order.
I then contacted customer service and explained how disappointed I was. I was told that, as a goodwill gesture, they would send me a complimentary mug. I accepted that resolution in good faith. Unfortunately, even that promise was not kept. I followed up multiple times, and the mug still never arrived.
At this point, the issue is much bigger than a damaged cake or poor handwriting. Mistakes can happen, but failing to deliver an acceptable replacement and then failing to follow through on a commitment made by customer service is extremely poor customer service.
I chose this company because I wanted to make my mother’s 70th birthday special. Instead, I ended up spending a significant amount of money and time dealing with disappointment and repeatedly following up with customer service.
For a company whose business is centered around helping people celebrate important occasions, I find this level of quality and follow-through particularly disappointing.
I would strongly encourage the company to take quality control and customer service commitments more seriously. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for something that was already promised to them as compensation for an order that had already gone wrong.
Based on this experience, I would not order from Gifts to India 24x7 again.

Very poorly managed delivery service and seeing consecutive years of Raksha bandhan parcel not arriving in Jalandhar in time and having to chase customer service that do not respond in time. Parcel finally delivered 2 days late beyond the delivery window. Definitely will NOT be using this website again because ultimately, the recipients as brothers who await for their Rakhi have been let down too many times.

This was my first time using GiftstoIndia24x7, and it was a complete disaster. I only have one brother, and I trusted them to deliver, his Rakhi Valsad. Instead ,they sent it entirely to the wrong city in Vapi, meaning my brother never received his Rakhi on such an important occasion. I usually use IGP and never had issue like this. Extremely disappointed and ruined our celebration. Will never use again.

Unprofessional service, they list physical gift cards for sale but then they cannot deliver physical cards. They told me to change to electronic voucher instead, which is a terrible gift. They wouldn't give me any estimate for when the physical cards would be available, meaning it's just lying for them to even list them for sale. Misleading marketing and terrible communication.

They also took 4 days to even tell me that they couldn't deliver the card in the first place. After I agreed to a change to electronic voucher, they then took several more days for them to send it even after that and had to chase them constantly to deliver. No excuse at all electronic should be instant.

Would recommend staying away from them at all costs. Unprofessional, misleading, bad communication and unacceptable slow service.

Dont want to give a single star. But as of the system. They are time wasting ruiners. So, i suggest dont buy anything from them. They only provides what best interest that they have. And third class deliveru service and product service is not that convincing to enhance your festival mood. So, pls aware of these nonsense business company or what so ever called it.

If you want to buy authentic just get somewhere else. Dont ever try for this piece of sh**.

If I have option to give them negative star reviews I would. I ordered Rakhi for my brother from Germany to India on 11 Aug. It’s still haven’t delivered(29th Aug). No one is answering on WhatsApp or ticket. Third class service, I am asking for refund they are not even answering. Fraud website beware of such fake websites.

They didn’t deliver the Rakhi. They called the recipient and asked them to pick up the parcel/gifts instead. Worst service ever. I’m definitely not going to use this service again.

I have used this company for 3 seperate deliveries of flowers, ordering from the UK. The recipients sent photos and the flowers were excellent, as described and in very good condition. Delivery was as requested. In addition I then emailed to request a slight change to the recipients name ( I had inadvertantly missed a forename) on my last order and this was actioned within the hour and email confirmation recieved. I will not hesitate in using this site in the future.

I bought gift card from them worth $98 dollars from them. Somehow, my relative didn't use it in 6 months and it got expired. I request them to renew it, but they refused to do it. They took my money and now they don't even revert back. Very bad customer service and a crook company who had my $98 dollars.

BIG FRAUD! DON"T USE THEM! KEEP AWAY!I got a 5000 rupees voucher for my sister in January for her birthday. First of all it was not delivered on time. Second of all she couldn't use it Chennai or nearby since no Spencer store is available. All closed for good. When I contacted customer service they refused to give online purchase. I have been trying for the past 6 months. They don't care about the customer losing money! I lost the 5000 rupees. Worst of all it was a gift for birthday which the recepient couldn't use.KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!

Ordering from giftstoindia24x7 is like a lucky dip. Recently placed an order for anniverssary, and when checked by 4pm nothing has been delivered. Customer service said the gift will be delivered by 8pm, but never delivered. By that time the customer service was closed and no one to contact. When complained there was no explanation of what happened and said they will do a refund. The strategy for them is simple, take the order and if not delivered do a refund. They loose nothing. This was for a 50th anniverssary and because of them I missed it completely and will never get a chance. If it is for a normal birthday you can take risk with this company, else never order from them.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The cake was beautifully designed, fresh, and tasted amazing. It arrived on time and looked even better than expected. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service were excellent. Everyone at the celebration loved it and kept asking where it was from. I would definitely order again and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a special cake.

This is the first time I am successful in sending the gifts to India. Many other times I had tried but failed. I am fully touched with the services of this gift company. Their duty to send to the University but they have even taken extra trouble to send from the University to the apartment of my niece. My best wishes to this company,

I made on 1st May 2026 for a total of AUD 40.73 (Payment ID: pay_Sk3suRVO98Jqym). The order was intended for Mother’s Day.
I purchased a bunch of 50 red roses in a cane-woven wooden basket alongside a heart-shaped cake (1x Passionate Bloom & Sweet Indulgence). While my payment was processed successfully and I received a Razorpay receipt, I never received an actual order confirmation number, item details, or tracking information from your company.
The items have still not been delivered, and Mother's Day has now passed. Could you please look into this urgently and provide an immediate update on the status of my order or issue a full refund?
