The website is easy to navigate and the gifts cards always arrive via email within minutes. I always order the same type of cards though and this might not be the case for all cards.

I can't buy a giftcard for a friend's meal train because I'm using an email aliasing service (my hypothesis) with my account on the platform. Trying Google Pay and Directly entering my card's details don't work.

I can't give a positive review until they provide an easier way to dispute order cancellations or allow me to preserve my privacy by using an email aliasing service.

I have to use another website to buy the gift card(s) I want to get.

Finding a gift card for my recipient was easy enough with the filters available. Check out was easy although I didn't like that the recipient field was already filled in with my information. This was a gift for someone else and not for myself.
I'd give 5 starts but until I hear from the recipient, I have no way to know if my purchase has indeed been sent correctly and that the gift card can be used.

This is the second time I'm using this website. It was a relatively easy and smooth purchase transaction. It's quick and it saves a lot of time and effort compared to physically going to a shop and buying a physical gift card. Totally recommended!

I only got a little confused whether to put in my email address (purchaser) or my brother's email address, but when I read it more carefully, I realized that I had to put in my brother's email as he was the "recipient" of this gift.

I just wanted to make sure that I receive a confirmation email as a purchaser too, but there was no spot for entering my email address. It turned out that I did receive a confirmation email anyways because my account was also my email address.
