II have tried from 9/30 to cash out my upside in a gift card. They said I was already paid and would check on it. I haven't been paid. Then they asked for part of my debit card number I had used for the purchases. I have them that information and now I'm not getting any response from them or payment. Very disappointed in them. My accounts under Mary Falesnik Borges. 10/7 I've reached back out to them as they asked and still haven't gotten a response. 10/12 still no response or payout.

I've been using the app for gas for several years and I started using it for grocery within the past year. The 1 or 2 times there has been an issue with processing a rebate, Customer Service has resolved it quickly.

I wrote a review earlier on this app but I can't find it to amend it. I'm very unhappy with this app. I tried multiple times to get cash back on an offer that I claimed and was unsuccessful. I am getting ready to delete the app from my phone so I cashed out on an offer that I did have success with and now I'm finding out that they charge you for cashing out. Would not recommend.

An individual was able to hack my email / phone and cleaned out my upside account of $389.00! No two part verification. These intellectuals sent my money to a person with a totally different name and he's in a Foreign country (Venezuela). Customer service is a bot. Not user friendly!

Great app. easy to use and you can save up quite a bit of money. Allows yuo to compare actual prices before making a purchase. Great and fast customer support. Recomend it highly!

Always true to what they offer and pay.
Have made $160.00 so far with more to come. Good savings, and good company.

I thought it would be great and I could stack up and cash out when in need but after using the app a month, I have learned it is complete trash. I have submitted my receipts every single time and all but 1 for gas came back as needs review. I would assume it's because either we purchase a lot of gas as driving is my job and that means they have to pay out more or because they mislead when saying you can submit receipts over adding a bank account which I don't feel comfortable doing. It seems to me they just want to track you and your spending habits by actually having you add your bank account and in sure they are selling personal information to others also. On top of that, if a receipt doesn't go through after the review period they don't give you a way to fix it they just have you go in to needs review and you're only option is to say that you didn't make that purchase, like they make you lie. There are other apps out there such as Fetch that still give you upgraded rewards and allows you to cash out and pays you for every receipt that you scan. On top of that there's not really a way that's easy to contact support which to me is a bad business model. A good business knows they can make mistakes and have service available to help when situations come up.

I have used this app since late summer and I already have my credit put on a gift card.
In these days of high gas prices, we as consumers should use apps as Upside to get the best value for our money.
There support system is quick,and very fair.

Had some issues with purchases not registering for cash back when same card on file. I’m glad I was able to show proof of purchases through my bank account & was awarded. A resolution all the time and customer service great teamwork. Thank you

After some frustration I was able to leave a request for help. Unless guided, it takes quite some time to find the correct way to finally get help. Seems there should be an easy guideline to follow when inquiring about Upside. I was finally able to find the way and was able to get some help. My issue was resolved and I was awarded the credit due me. Thank you.

On top of offering free money on things I buy anyway, the customer service team at Upside is way over the top! When an issue arises, they are quick to respond and always do so professionally and courteously.

Love this app! I definitely recommend it for everyone who likes to save money!

Upside support impresses me with its monitoring and telling me whenever something is an issue. My latest encounter followed a missed payment even though I had used the same card. But with a few emails I was able to solve the problem.

I sent one screenshot of my receipt and issue was taken care of fast! Keep up the good work!!
