Awfull customer service bought casual runner end of October bottom fell of them and was told I should have returned them in October didn’t make sense to me and would expect them to last more than 3 months

Dress was nice. Bought next day delivery. But took about 12 days for delivery. Disappointed as wanted for an occasion.

Delivery took a week to come but the weather was bad, when I received the jump there was indent where the security tag was but was only noticeable when I put the jumper of and had already taken the tag off

I had ordered a dress for New Year's Eve, it was click and collect supposed to be ready by 2pm the next day. I travelled 45 minutes to the store the next day after not receiving any emails by 4pm or answering the phones. The store was closed and I didn't receive my dress until 3 days later. Extremely disappointed

Ordered at start of sale and was told January for delivery, I received on 6th which was really fast Unfortunately it was a little tight so have to return which I’m gutted about. It’s a fabulous dress and fantastic quality

Be careful when ordering from this company and read their return policy properly. If you have an item to return for a refund you do not get your full amount back as they take the money for retuning it for example I paid. 55 only got 46 back, so they make money on you purchasing something and having to return it…. I won’t be ordering again. Just be careful

Website is easy to navigate, items reasonably priced and delivery was very prompt. I would definitely shop online here again.

Beautiful Co-Ord. versatile as can be worn separately especially trousers with a knit - this year’s vibe.
Sizing on the large side - Size M 10-12 too big for a Size 10 so I’m hoping the size Small 8-10 will be okay. 🤞🏻

I recently purchased 2 winter coats during the Black Friday sales. The value for money was fantastic. One of the coats was actually oversized and when I wanted to return for a smaller size, it was completely hassle free and the Get That Trend team were so lovely to deal with and efficient in sending out a different size. Will definitely be ordering again from them.

The fit is true to size and so comfortable to wear and so dressy I wore it to my Christmas party and got loads of compliments about the dress

Lovely boot, fit well, I have a broad foot but these are perfect not too tight or narrow, wore them all day to work and they were very comfortable, also wore them on a night out so very versatile, would recommend them definitely
