I’ve been extremely happy with the service. Miller is on time, hard working, polite and I couldn’t be happier.

The staff were punctual, friendly and thorough!

Brisbane service very unreliable, service when scarcely provided not up to standard and can rudely cancel your service from their side! I was so patient and put up with their butlers arriving late, not cleaning almost half of the house just because I did have great service in Perth for a while and my reward was cancelling the service instead of trying to make it work!

Cleaner always arrives on time and does exactly what I ask. Extremely happy with this service

Had amit to come in and clean, he was very nice tried his best to do things the way I like them done I really can't fault him for anything, because I am very pedantic with the way I like things done. I can't expect everyone to do things my way.

I have been using Jarvis for a few months now and have found the service easy to use and very efficient. The best part is Talita, she comes on time every visit, is a lovely person and does a great job. It is particularly great too to have the same person come every time.

Just had a one-off visit from a Jarvis cleaner - 3 hours doing just the public spaces of a large house. It was good. Easy to book, cleaner turned up on time, was polite and did a great job - especially given he's never seen the house before. He certainly got through more in 3 hours than I do!

Paula was very efficient, great eye for detail, really really good at her job! I’am very happy! Highly recommend Jarvis and their team. I look forward to seeing Paula again, lovely girl! Thank you, Jarvis!

Using Jarvis and found them very responsive and helpful. I have requested number of times for time change or move my schedule appointments to different days which was quickly moved.

Main thing i like about Jarvis is there quick response & communication and time to sort the issues.

Do not use Jarvis. I had a job scheduled for noon, and by 1pm no one had turned up. I could not get hold of anyone at Jarvis via their text or email. At 1:10pm I received a message that a cleaner had “a personal issue” & couldn’t come & there was no replacement. The interesting thing is Jarvis was very keen when I booked the job to get all my credit card details, in full, before the job. This is very dodgy & we will be reporting this company.

I engaged with 3 different residential cleaning companies. Jarvis provided the best service. Not just the cleaning result, but also the administration & communication process, which is clear, simple, smooth & reliable.

When I got home everything on the list had been completed and clean thoroughly. Very professional job. Extremely happy.

Jarvis good to deal with stand by there warranty. Onlything lets them down is if you live rural and you purchase of them you have to get it serviced at one of there centres to far to travel only reason why i will not buy another vehicle of them as it is a big inconvenience

Really friendly cleaners.

Do not get Jarvis. First of all the cleaner only 2 hrs instead of the 3.5 that I paid for. The company wouldn't refund the money nor would they give credit for the work paid for but not done. After my complaint they sent a new cleaner. Although she did an excellent job, the company charged me and took out of my bank account an extra $55+ for a change of time to 2 hrs later, when the time change had been agreed upon with the cleaner. Then after disturbing me at my work place 3 times in half an hour, still took the extra money without my consent. Stay away form Jarvis. I am appalled with their attitude and their organisation.
