Started brewing just year ago and I’ve been looking for some reliable supply of kits. Found Geterbrewed and bought few kits of them. With newbie struggles I had to ask them for help and advice few times, their team was really helpful and help me saved my brews. They have also really helpful videos on YouTube. I’ll be moving soon to more advanced brewing and I know where to go now. Asked them for advice, what should I buy to keep my investment low as possible and received list of few different options to keep it within my budget. Delivery time is also perfect. If you’re looking for reliable source of ingredients, brewing gear and informations, this is a place to go.

I'm new to brewing, and I find Get 'er Brewed a wonderful place to get all I need. Not only for equipment and ingredients, but for the info they put out on YouTube. Really helpful and informative. If you are getting into this hobby, they are well worth buying from.

All I needed for my brewing needs came from Geterbrewed. I tried few different home brew shops and to be honest, Geterbrewed winning for me on all fields, price, quality and service. After I placed my order I had it on my door steps 2 days later. Yes, postage was increased slightly recently but that is everywhere now and nobody can't blame them. Their recipe builder is top notch. So well done Geterbrewed.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the service I received.

I placed an order over a week ago, even though the company clearly stated that delivery would be made within two days. More than a week has now passed, and I still have not received my order.

To make matters worse, I provided all the requested information to the customer service team and contacted them several times for an update. Despite this, I have received absolutely no response. Being completely ignored after making a purchase is unacceptable.

If the company is unable to meet its advertised delivery timeframe, it should inform customers and provide an explanation instead of leaving them waiting with no communication. Failing to deliver on time is disappointing, but ignoring customers entirely is even more unprofessional.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I have completely lost confidence in this company and will not be ordering from them again. I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

When I first ordered from this company, I was impressed to receive my item the next day. Brilliant! Then they increased the postage, and suddenly delivery took 2 day ( within northern Ireland) I am not so impressed anymore. Seems like they run out of stock as well all the time , or they send you something else. Well, it's not the only company who supply home brewers.

After spending somewhere in the region of 7k i bought yeast which turned out dead or idk what either way it didn't work. After a few email the GEB accpeted responisiblity and said we will add in the yeast next tine your order. I asked what about the grain (and we are chatting at the time no more that £7.5 worth) they said no to that as i shpuld have kmown not to ise it but before hand talking to debraoh she said 'if we send something we are confident of it and if you proceed and it turns oit wrong we will replace it' they then blocked the emails and i was told they will refund any order i placed.

The malt miller far beyyer for equipment and fairness eg i had my element on overnigjt and it went dry i said to MM and what did they say 'here's a new on on us' i said no o cannot and purchased it ot was instantly refunded and the new one was sent. Theu than said you bought some amount of equipment from us we are more than happy to help you. If we applied the 5% discount for new people to those ordsrs we'd owe you money thats fairness

Product description was very misleading. I did email the company regarding the disappointing order but they don't reply. So dodgy sales and poor / no customer service.

I used them before and they were great, but sometimes you can only tell how a business truly is until there's a problem. Jan stepped in and was very helpful even though the problem had self-rectified. You can safely do business with this company.

Great service, fast shipping, beautiful presentation for a recent birthday gift.

Got some real bargains on sale in the black Friday sale. It was very well packaged which is important when ordering pouches and tins of malt extract. It arrived quicker from NI than from another company I ordered from that was far closer to me in England on the same day. Also received a lovely message back when I thanked them.

Okay, I have only placed the order - haven’t tried the products yet. Customer service was definitely evident. Placed two orders within minutes of each other, paying two separate delivery charges - my mistake. Sent a quick email through and had a speedy resolution, combining both orders and a refund of 1 delivery charge. Really happy how they dealt with this. Thanks guys!!

These guys are great. Started homebrewing 16 months ago and just received my 13th order from them yesterday. Most importantly, their all grain kits make really great beer. Have done over 20 brews of their lagers, stouts, IPA’s and ales and they’ve all been better than you would buy in the shop, even my very first brew. Settling on a few favourites of each but still trying others. Have bought quite a lot of equipment from them over time which have all helped in making the process and results better each time. They’ve also given me very valuable advice on equipment and the brewing process. They are very quick to dispatch orders, well packaged and usually arriving within 2 days (I’m in Dublin) and prices seem reasonable, especially for the all grain kits. Delivery cost very reasonable too, plus there are no duties coming in from the north. Can’t recommend them highly enough and have done to friends thinking of getting into homebrewing which is a very rewarding hobby.

Have been buying excellent, well priced Festival kits and gear from Geterbrewed for some time now. Recently decided to keg rather than bottle my beer. Jan of Geterbrewed went far above normal customer service to help with Regulator problems - of my own making!! My experience with Jan is a great example of what I have experienced from Geterbrewed. Have been dealing with this company over the last couple of months and everything I ordered arrived correctly & exceptionally fast. My last order was for a spare 33 litre bucket & tap however when fitting the tap I noticed a very small hairline crack eminating from the tap hole and thought it'll only worsen going forward. Sent an email and within hours I received a phone call from a staff member apologising, saying that he had a new bucket ready and asking if I needed anything else. Received the next day, perfect.

I had a difficulty getting two of one item. I couldn't understand why it said "out of stock" for my order and then said "in stock" when I checked back on the item.

I phoned in, spoke to Trevor, who was initially as confused as I seemed to be at the result I was getting.

But all ended well . . . there was only one item in stock!!!

Sent off my order late Tuesday afternoon, delivered in RoI on Thursday morning. Beat that!!!

I ordered 10Kg of pale malt which arrived in one sack I have no storage for malt so I will waste most of this .
I am a homebrew I cannot use 10 Kg in one brew.

I will never order form GB again

Have been watching Get er brewed channel on YouTube and really like the laid back and seemingly honest approach. Decided to order an all in one brewing system from them and within 2 days my unit arrived to me here in west Wales. Can't fault it or their service. Thanks guys.

Put an online order in at about 3pm last day of our holiday in spain thinking couple of days or so.
Got home next day about 2pm and it was at my doorstep. Wow guys
