Working with Backd has been such a pleasant experience. I want to specifically acknowledge how hard Gerard Hines works. What made this appreciate him more was that at no point did I feel like he was going out of his way for me. His genuine care for the task at hand is something he does by default. I am very big on doing business with integrity and he sharp and transparent with every detail. He is punctual and honest. James from the underwriting department was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. The level of care and professionalism is outstanding!!
