Quick response to my enquiry and gave me model options to purchasing a new dishwasher. Quick to arrange delivery and installation . Installation done efficiently and took the old dishwasher away and leaving the kitchen clean and tidy . The installation team stayed on site while a test was run to ensure fully working and no leaks . They were polite and professional .

Ordered an item which was listed as "in stock online". Four weeks later, nothing. selling an item they do not have. Cancelled order and now chasing to get my money back. Terrible service.

Original gas cooker chosen was not in stock. Slightly more expensive option suggested which was in stock. Extremely happy with chosen product. Great customer service from Logan, who will go far.

Ordered a large appliance on 30/10. They phoned me a couple of days later. Didn’t leave a voicemail. I had to ring them back only to be told they didn’t have the appliance. Said they had sent me an email re alternatives which they hadn’t. Offered to send email again but it again didn’t arrive. Fed up, I confirmed my cancellation of the order on 3/11 and they acknowledged it on 4/11 saying it would take 3-4 working days before it would be in my account. Still wasn’t refunded by 12/11. Emailed them again and they replied on 13/11 saying they would chase the refund and get back to me same day. They didn’t. Have had to put the amount (nearly £400) into dispute with Barclaycard.

We ordered, and paid £1499.00 for our replacement hob off Genesis Home Appliances' website, which was showing as in stock. On telephoning them the next day, to see if we could pay extra for quicker delivery, we were told that this item was not in stock and they were unsure when it would be in. We were advised that the website is updated manually and this was an error on their part. We were advised that they could order the same ceramic hob, from another supplier, but it would be an additional £700!
The product advertised on the website, was not actually available, and they were unsure when it would be in stock! I asked for a refund. I then chased three times for this refund. You call the accounts department and there is no reply.
After 10 days, Kai sorted this for me and the refund was received. All in all, this was not a great experience and I would certainly not be using them again. Buyer beware that they are misinforming customers and keeping their money!
