I highly recommend Gemstone Universe to those who would like to improve their quality of life. I started wearing Yellow Sapphire in the month of March as recommended by Guruji Shrii Arnav, ever since then my health has improved tremendously. Overall my Urja/energy level has increased. I got my gemstone recommendation report couple of months ago and I was thinking to implement gem therapy as guided by GU team - Days were been ticking and COVID around the corner, I thought of giving a try and ordered Peridot of Burma mines which was suggested by GU team and man, exceptional customer service provided by entire Gemstone Universe team especially Sridar Sairam and Mahima. I made my third purchase with Gemstoneuniverse(two for mine and one for my sister). The rings are so beautiful and splendid. I have had a gem of an experience with Gemstoneuniverse. The support team is very helpful and helps with the queries. So quick to respond. I purchased yellow sapphire ring(my 3rd purchase). One day, Mahima Jain madam (who took care of the entire process, updated me about my ring and dispatch)called me and informed me about the refund because less gold was used in the gold ring. I was surprised at their honesty and transparency. Who returns the amount in this present world ? They did !
They gifted me a free vedic gemstone recommendation report to be used for near ones and dear ones. I expressed my wish to have their famous book in lieu of the free vedic gemstone recommendation report. Again, my favourite Mahima madam called me and told that the book has been dispatched to my address, without even asking for the gift certificate they had given earlier. I was just surprised and elated. One good thing about them is that they never pressurize for anything.

I told Mahima madam that I regret that I didn't purchase a detailed comprehensive gemstone recommendation report as that would have given me a detailed insight about my gemstones as per my horoscope. She told not required, sir. No greed, nothing ! Seriously, just loved the behaviour.
