I was looking into buying pair of gemstones from this shop and i had some questions about shipping and additional costs of shipping to country croatia (like custom taxes/duty), that i sent to official mail listed on their website. They replied to me next day and were precise and informative, which helped me to choose the best stones for me. I payed for my stones with credit card and same day i got order information on my email. Day after i got shipping information with tracking number which allowed me to track my gemstones as they travelled to me. After they shipped my order, it took 12 days for it to be delivered to me. The packaging was discreet, as it didnt say what is inside of the envelope, just name of shop, my info and other similar informations. Inside the envelope was receipt for stones, little card with basic info about stones and actual stones, which were packed very securely and came with no eye visible damage. The stones look exactly like on their photos on webshop when they are in direct light, and a little bit muted when not in direct light. In all, im very satisfied with my experience before buying, buying from, and after buying from this webshop. I would recomend this webshop to other people.

Love the pink spinel gemstone I just purchased from your company. I received it already so it was only two weeks and one day, excellent! Quality and price are wonderful.

I have purchased gem stone's from gem select 3 time's. The prices, choice and quality are as good as any other online gem store.
The last time I ordered a stone from gem select I waited for 1 month and no delivery, so I emailed gem select to let them know I had not received my order yet. They replied to my e-mail within a couple of hours offering an identical stone or a refund, I chose the replacement stone and received it 12 days later.
It's good to know there is a genuine money back or replacement guarantee.

I love this website, they offer gems and all varieties sizes and shapes that I cannot find anywhere else regardless of how hard I look. The only Improvement point that I would like to suggest is to make their website more appealing as in easier to navigate around and offer more payment options for example. For the rest, they're great.
