Terrible online customer service. Their online shopping customer care are completely unreachable by phone, or WhatsApp, or email. Which is very unsettling, after placing an order for thousands of dirhams.
I ordered the Nintendo switch 2, the only reason I opted for geekay over Amazon.ae this time is because it wasn’t available on Amazon. Now I’m regretting my decision.

Geekay is a scam. I bought a PSN code and never received it. They promised a refund in 7 business days—it’s been over 8 and I’ve heard nothing. They’re ignoring all my emails. Avoid this company at all costs—they take your money and disappear. Never buy from Geekay.

On 1/9/25 I bought a $30 usdt Binance gift card and on 1/17/25 they asked me to verify my identity by uploading a photo of my cell phone ID and a photo of my debit card with which I made the purchase, I did it and they still didn't give me my debit card and they told me in an email that they would refund my money in 10-20 business days. It's been much longer than that time limit and so far they haven't refunded me, I have contacted their two emails many times and what they always told me is that they were working on the refund and that they would contact me soon, however they never did. I've already filed a complaint with VISA to request a refund.
I just want my money back, as they said they would.

I don't recommend buying anything from the website, especially if it was a pre-order, always late or something missing like a gift with pre-order.

I recently purchased a Bainanse Gift Card from their official website. However, due to a technical issue, the payment was processed, but I did not receive the card.

After multiple emails, their support team responded but kept asking for a credit card photo—an unreasonable and unsafe request! How is this a valid way to verify a customer? Shouldn't the email linked to the payment be enough? Or at the very least, shouldn't they offer a more logical verification method?

Do they not even know what happened? Are they unaware that the payment was completed but the code was never received?

I urge everyone to be cautious, as this company seems unreliable.

#000474823 THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY HERE!!! On 1/16/25 I bought a 20 usdt binance card and on 1/23/25 they told me that my payment was considered insecure and that they would refund my money. They have not refunded me and they do not respond to me in their email for support, they just ignore me. Two days ago they wrote to me from another of their emails saying that they would refund me, I asked them when and they no longer responded to me in that other email as well.

I've been waiting for my gift cards from order #472531 since December, and Geekay has never delivered them. The order included a $25 USDT gift card and a $5 USDT gift card, but I never received them. I've tried to contact them in every possible way—emails, messages—but they never respond. When they do, they just say, "in a few days," but they never give an exact date or actually send the gift cards. Most of the time, they simply choose to ignore me.

I'm completely exhausted from sending emails because they just don’t reply. Geekay is not only a company with terrible customer service but clearly a scam. I strongly recommend that no one ever use this website. Don’t waste your money or your time—once they get your payment, they forget about you.

It's a highly suspicious website, don't trust them. I bought some Binance Gift Cards. After the payment, they asked me to verify my identity. I did it successfully. 24 hours later, they sent a message saying my codes were generated. When I went to my "My Digital Downloads" my latest purchases disappeared. I only see the one I made in September.

Now, they say their payment processor couldn't confirm the payment and a refund is on their way. So far, they have stopped replying to my emails. I even tried calling to their phone, but they never answered. I'm going to talk to my bank to force a refund. They're fishy.

This page is definitely a scam. I never received the Binance activation code in my email. Only the billing where the amount and payment method actually appear, but nothing about the activation code. Their support email never responds. I'm starting to think that everything is set up to pass itself off as a reliable site. In order to then steal from you.

So after i made a purchase they ask me to complete verification process which is totally ok for me the only process that i can not complete was a scan of my virtual card , but is because my one is physical. But the problem is that they ignore my already for 1 week and no answer. MY ORDER IS 700 POUNDS VALUE AND THEY NOT ANSWER FOR 1 WEEK ALREADY SO PROBABLY THEY SCAM ME IM NOT SURE.
