I was told my furniture would take 2 weeks to arrive after waiting 7 weeks i contacted them they said they were trying to phone me and that the number i provided them must have been wrong i was also told they would give me a refund because of the amount of stuffing around they had caused me but i received nothing my furniture finally arrived and most of the boxes were damaged and of course that meant that the furniture had been damaged also i contacted them with photo evidence they told me they didnt receive the photos (funny enough they did receive the email containing the photos) i resent the photots with a full description of the damages and they wont even reply to me think im going to take this to fair trading Very,Very unreliable company and i am a Very,Very angry ,unhappy customer.I only give them 1 star as you can't give 0 stars

Geddit have been very helpful towards me and even when i have been short on a payment as long as i called and let them know it was okay. All thw staff are friendly and helpful and i couldnt recommend them enough. For someone like me who is on a pension they can really help you get those things you normally couldnt afford

I have been treated with disrespect, I honestly understand I'm behind in payments, but I have tried to explain my situation but my situation is not good enough to you guys like I have been scammed out off all my money, I have a baby due in 2 weeks I've been in and out of hospital due to the stress of this I have been having complications with my pregnancy, I've also been homeless so please can I be left alone for a bit

Even though i have had issues with a problem with washing machine .. I must admit they have gone beyond helping me ... I give credit to the the manager @ team at marcarther square outlet .. for their understanding and helpfullness ...i know this problem will be resolved

Zac at the Penrith store was so lovely, knew his stuff, & gave me the right advice. Zac put my application threw & said he would call me once he had an answer & he did, the process was very easy & a pleasure to do business with Geddit & Zac
