Old fashioned payment method, which means they invoice you this complicated form and then they take the amount from your card. I missed this so did my phlebologist! Then, their accounts apartment hounded me on holiday. Be careful of these guys. Get PayPal implemented!! 😤

Genova discarded my three day stool…
Genova discarded my three day stool test without notifying my doctor or me. The email they sent after discarding the specimens cited a form that should have been completed by the doctor’s office. Not a word from them for 3 weeks and then to find they had discarded my samples. I was acutely Ill and was waiting for a diagnosis all this time. I think it is irresponsible of them to casually discard specimens from patients without notifying their provider. The specimen may represent a time sensitive unique and invaluable opportunity to make a diagnosis in a patient.

Lab has a good selection of less invasive tests for those that are squeamish
Tests are quite expensive and when torn between your own useless NHS Doctor's surgery, that doesn't bother to check for root causes etc, you find Genova very handy.
That said, I would wish there were more non blood tests and I know some things can't be tested in other ways by urine, saliva etc but would like everything that can possibly be done to be listed as some of the presently available don't cover everything need.
I was reading somewhere and totally lost, now, some reviews that mentioned leaking containers / bottles etc and if that is the case, I would say that shouldn't be happening at all. I read a lot online and often so many people jump on the bandwagon with tests and you don't know who to trust, but I know Genova have been going for some time so think do trust.
Now Genova, if you are reading, you really ought to simply sell these home test kits and findings to the persons self-testing and not insist on any practitioner reference number before can even see the costs of tests or order. Hope this helps.
