I purchased the foam for a pew that is part of our kitchen table seating. I found the website easy to navigate, with good explanations and guidance which resulted in my measurements being spot on and the T-shaped cushion fitting perfectly. I ordered a large custom piece recently. The foam arrived promptly with DPD, to the perfect dimensions and very comfortable/ good quality too. I found ordering by the website very straightforward, and the price considerably better than competitors, so I definitely recommend.

I've ordered from GB Foam Direct twice and both purchases were perfect. In total I ordered 6 cushions (4 for a sofa and 2 for a chair). I really like how the website generates a picture of the shape and measurements of your order so you can see that it's correct. This was great since one of my cushions was a trapezoid (trapezium). You can order in MM, CM or inches, so make sure you select the right units!

All cushions were cut perfectly and they look very tidy wrapped in Dacron and Stiockinette (this also allows the cushions to slide into the covers easily). You can choose your delivery date when ordering and the courier they used for my orders was DPD (which was great because DPD allows delivery to a safe place).

I measured my cushion covers using the tips in the video on their website. However, my only complaint is that the website measuring instructions say that adding Dacron and Stiockinette increases the foam thickness by 1cm on top and bottom. This seems to imply that you should reduce your measurements by 2cm. After looking at the thickness of the Dacron on my old cushions, this didn't seem correct. So I rang GB Foam (a real person answered on the second ring!) and they advised to order the sizes as measured from the covers and the Dacron and Stockinette would fill out the covers a bit more so they didn't sag. This advice was correct and the cushions fit perfectly.

Very impressed with the customer service, speed of delivery and the quality of the product. If you're in doubt about the measurements of the foam you need, ask - for us, Simon from the sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered clipped window seat, one measurement was not taken into account and foam cut wrong shape. Lovely girl phoned and initially thought nothing could be done as had already been cut but she had a word with someone senior and they agreed to redo the order at no more cost. Whether my mistake or theirs I don’t know but top service from this company and saved me over a hundred pounds! Recommended

It's a real shame. The order and delivery went well. But the piece was twice as wide as ordered! Someone messed up. When notified, GB Sales appeared to spring into action and said their courier could come and pick up the wrongly measured piece within a couple of days, and deliver the correct size. Fine! But that was the last we ever heard of it, despite several chasing emails which went unanswered. So we ended up hacking the piece with kitchen knives, functionally Ok but a completely unnecessary aggravation!

Breathed life into our sofa. I ordered a replacement cushion for one of our sofas as a 'test'. I took measurements as directed, selected the recommended foam, stockinette and dacron, placed the order and it arrived within a couple of days. I could not be more happy with the results. After a bit of a squeeze getting the old cushion out and replacing with the new cushion the result has been a revelation. I will now order a second replacement cushion in the very near future.
