Terrible company. They sent a representative round to mothers house with a hand delivered letter saying the gas/electric will get cut off if the outstanding debt doesn’t get paid. Also threatened to come back with a warrant if the debt wasn`t settled in 7 days which allows them to force entry and remove goods.My Mum is with another supplier and never had anything to do with this company. She is a resident living in a bungalow with no association to this company. As you can imagine, she is terrified. I have tried to be reasonable as it is obviously a mistake but have wasted the last 2 days trying to contact someone by phone, email and facebook but no-one is coming back to me. I have been cut off 4 times today. I am so frustrated because I need to get back to work but can`t because my Mum is so worried. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
