I use guardX on all vehicles that I purchased and it stands buy a vehicle when it comes time to sell . As it keeps the vehicle in pristine condition. And makes it easy to wash and clean.i think it’s well worth that extra cost as you will re coupe when time to change I would recommend guardX to anyone who values there vehicle. A great product.

I felt that the deep shine on the car had deteriorated. The Gardx protection has been on the car for over 4 years, this I felt was a reasonable protection length of time but as Gardx give a lifetime warranty I would ask if the shine could be improved. No problem with the process and an appointment was made for a technician to visit, Alan Davies.
Alan could not have been more helpful and explained the problem was atmospheric fall out restored the shine to the car, and advised how I can keep the luster.
Not a Gardx problem really!

It was a complete waste of my £600. Neither the exterior nor interior benefited from it. I'm not even convinced that it was ever applied to my car by German Autocentre Sheffield. But they did put the little sticker on my windscreen!

Fantastic customer service to get the claims approved and assigned work.

Meh - it's just a shiny coat. Doesn't protect against scratches, it's just like expensive cling film.

Spoke to a person at gardx who said best to go to kwik fit euro because they have an account with them. Made an appointment with kwik fit. Took about 20 mins to get an ok over the phone. Problem sorted.
Only drawback kwik fit did'nt have a coffee machine.

Had to have a new tyre due to a puncture not repairable phoned Gardx insurance to tell them and was told if I take it to Kwit Fit I wouldn't have to pay anything as Gardx have a account with them or go to any other tyre sites that are VAT registered.
So I went to Kwit Fit had to wait as I didn't have appointment, after waiting nearly a hour they pulled my car into the garage and took the wheel off but couldn't do anything else until they had phoned Gardx and got confirmation that they could change the tyre, this phoned call took Gardx nearly a hour to answer the phone not sure why it took them so long to answer but in the end it was sorted and Kwit Fit changed the tyre which in total took over two hours which should have been a twenty minute job.
Maybe Gardx should come up with a more suitable plan for customers like myself waiting around for over two hours for a new tyre to be fitted is a little on the extreme side.

I need to get my car repaired so the Guardx reapplied but told I had to go to the dealership, as I think they were the ones who damaged it I wanted an alternative. They didn’t think there was one but would let me know. Of course I’ve not heard back from them.

Do not take tyre and alloy cover out with these guys. Took my car to Kwik fit to have a look at my 2 front tyres as I have slow punctures on both. I know this as I'm inflating the tyres every 2 weeks. Gard X say they don't cover this. What do they cover then? Was misold this by Big Motoring World, big money making con. Very disappointed I have to say in both companies

Deliver on time

This company is a big liar. They take money in the name of insurance for scratches repair, but refuses to do the repair when I called them. It's not worth it to pay big amount to this company GardXgroup.

Alan was such a gentleman he came out and sorted my problem out and he gave me loads of advice and tips very helpfull he listen to my problems an worries an gave me plenty of time to eplain everything thanks for your help and advice alan

Was feeling overwhelmed and confused about the whole process regarding my tyre warranty LUCKILY when I rang I was put through to a claims adjuster by the name Lynsey and oh my word what an asset to her company. Made me feel completely at ease and took care of EVERYTHING for me with the patience of a saint. super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Very professional and made my experience an amazing one thanks Lynsey.

I had my car upholstery cleaned and valeted. Happy with yhe service.

I recently needed GardX to come out and look at some marks on my car. Aden arrived and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to remove the product, polish out the marks and then reapplied GardX to protect the car further. Very happy with the service provided and Aden was responsive and knowledgeable - thank you!

Paintwork very good but windscreen is very blotchy

The GardX has kept the vehicle looking showroom new with that glean and shine of a car with a new registration.
It also helps with keeping the car clean as the car is not garaged.
