I am very happy with the service I received however I did not receive my item it was handed into the police station and placed in the lost property and had to be signed for, I havent yet took it out the box yet so hopefully its as nice as the one I saw online and in good working condition and I will hopefully order from your site in the future

Very pleased with service; would have given 5 stars, but item sent twice, so had to contact re sending one back; XL were very good though-friendly staff arranged for a courier to collect the surplus item.

I have recent purchases from gardenXL, all arrived quickly & in perfect condition. No problems returning the item if not happy.

Ordered a bbq, a bbq rack and a bbq brush. Paid extra for next day delivery, got email saying it had been dispatched, waited in all next day, no delivery. I rang them, they said sorry but they didn't have the bbq rack, they would refund me that bit and dispatch it, said it would be with me the next day.
Waited in all day again. Again it didn't show up, I rang them, they said sorry but they didn't have bbq brush but would dispatch the following day.
Waited in for the third day of promised delivery. Again it didn't show up. Rang to complain, lady on phone was pleasant and apologetic. It showed up the next day.
Unacceptable service, wouldn't recommend.

I would highly recommend buying from this company as the product I purchased was very high quality and the postal service was extremely fast.

The Christmas tree I bought is a lovely item and I was surprised at the speed of delivery. I was kept in touch about where my parcel was and when it would be delivered. I am really pleased and would recommend this company

I phone for help in choosing the right BBQ cover and was pointed in the right direction and subsequently placed an order. The lady to whom I spooke was most patient and helpful

needed a few items last minute and they were delivered within a few days the quality was brilliant.. and package was very good .. will be using on a regular basis

Ordered wellies on 26th September. They actually got delivered on 1st November. Appalling service, got told on 4 occasions that they would be on next day delivery.

Have tried tree up and it looks fab. Exactly what i wanted...price is fab. only negative is the screws to support tree on base dont fit although its very steady without.

Chose this company to order two pairs of wellies as they seemed to have both of the types I wanted in stock. Next receive a call saying one pair wasn't in stock and to make up for it they would send the other pair on next day delivery as good will. Didn't turn up, so day after that called to find out they didn't have the other pair in stock either.
Cancelled the order completely as wasted several days for me.

Ordered a Dimplex Eco heater Thursday afternoon and it was here Friday morning, That's what I call fast efficient service and free too. We are well pleased with the heater too. Better than what we expected.

We are so used to stuff taking a week to get here, one excuse or the other, and to be penalised postage wise for living on an island that it is a refreshing change to find a company like Garden XL that include us in the free postage bracket. And what amazing speed of delivery! Order early one day,get it the day after its dispatched, in this case it was the day after ordering. How good is service like that? Its not the first time I've used this company and the service was a good that time too. All good kudos to them!

I have ordered navy wellies with pink detail, and received navy wellies with yellow details. I really liked the pink details. Now it will take me a lot of time and petrol to take them to a collect point, and I cant afford this, so I am stuck with them...
