Item (Garden furniture) arrived not complete (missing cushion) I called on the same day saying items missing, was told they would post one, arrived but completely different to the others, asked to send it back and the correct one will be sent, this was in November 2023, nothing arrived, was told a replacement would arrive in February 2024, nothing was told it would be March 2024…again nothing, now told 7/8 weeks…NO phone calls from them, NO emails from them, they have your money and now a complete FOB off…buyer please consider using another company. Was told it could be returned (I certainly don’t trust them for a full refund) but needs to be in the original box (who keeps a box for 5 months) No response from anyone, a total shambles of a company…AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I must admit I was dubious when ordering as the prices seemed a little too good, but I placed an order and contacted customer service and I was reassured all was legit.

My items arrive in good time,well packaged and i will be definitely ordering again.

What a first class company ! We bought a garden swing via ebay over 3 years ago (which has been great by the way!!), but I forgot to take the canopy off when the recent stirms came. It got ripped off and I needed a replacement. I messaged via ebay and its taken no time at all for them to source my original order, find a replacement canopy, sort a payment and have it dispatched. This'll keep the wife happy when summer arrives ! Thanks guys and gals at gsd, you've done a fab job !! Pay rises, pizzas and an early finish for all i suggest !!!!

We received our order yesterday, from start to finish the service and communication was outstanding.The quality of the Florida 6 seater table and chairs along with the Bellevue rocking chairs is of very high standard a big thank you to everyone for helping with this purchase

I ordered two items for my patio on Thursday night. Not only was it cheaper than the Amazon price, it was with free delivery. It stated there that it required two business days for delivery, but it arrived on Saturday!! Well packed, arrived early which was perfect timing and seems to be a trusted website. Very happy with the service received.

Found this company when looking to buy a garden swing seat, I’m very weary when buying on line but was not disappointed. Thank you very much & I would have no hesitation in placing another order in the future.

I have had a very stressful week with gsrden direct, ordered a heater for my garden as I’m recovering from operation, was meant to be delivered on 9th, then on 12th still waiting !! And was meant to collect broken one, but taken days to collect once again. Never experienced such disappointing service before. Let’s see if it comes tomorrow.

I contacted the business via email with a query about a product and received a response within 30 seconds! The Customer Service person, Jordan, was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me get exactly what I wanted. One item was showing out of stock but rather than leave it there, Jordan went out of his way to enquire further and was able to source the item for me. Really impressive. I won't hesitate to shop here again.

In my opinion the henry bell 3 in 1 bird feeder is not the real deal. The box it came in just says 3 in 1 bird feeder. Im sure henry bell would put their name to it, free advertising. It came with no tags or instruction leaflet unlike the ones in garden centers. Why remove them? Metal appears to be thinner and softer. Could be why reviewers complain about squirrells getting in, rusting and hinges breaking off. But the main thing is that all henry bell products have a deep embosded logo on them. This one is just plain. It is a good copy and price paid. So get what you pay for. Looks good and hope will last better than other reveiwers.time will tell.
Servicebwas good. Amazon are the ones i question regarding delivery and tracking details. Bought on a friday, amazon said deliver monday by 8pm was picked up on saturday.. Company use yodel 48hr. They dont pick up nor delivery weekends on 48hr service. So amazon need to tell truth. Got it within time stated. So more than happy with service

Fantastic experience, if only all companies and customer services were like this. Ordered a garden electric heater, when it arrived there were a few bolts missing and scratches on a section of the heater. I contacted the company explaining the problem and attached photos, I thought here we go, the annoyance of trying to get a replacement or refund but I was totally wrong, the company, within a week arranged a replacement and collection of the damaged one, communicating exceptionally well throughout the process. Thank you for a pleasant purchase.

Have been requesting a return for weeks. No response to multiple contact forms via the website and when I have tried to call I get an automated message stating their opening hours and no answer (despite calling within open hours). I emailed the address provided by PayPal when I bought the item and got an email back saying the mailbox is full. I never received an email confirming my order so have no order number.
Edit to add: If they have not received any emails from me as claimed in their response below then their website contact forms are broken and need attention. There’s several other reviews from other customers who couldn’t get in contact with them so they seem to have a problem that needs fixing!

Very difficult to contact, did not respond to my emails despite contacting multiple times, very hard to get a refund.
Would not buy from again.

I bought a pre-lit Christmas tree and the light do not work.
I contacted the seller multiple times on line and they never got back to me.

Bought two items from Garden Store Direct via B&Q online. Neither company adopted no/little responsibility for the item. The item was ordered 4 December and did not arrive by the estimated delivery of 7 to 12 December. Made several emails and phones to both B&Q and the Garden Store Direct over the last week, neither of which made any attempt to proactively respond to my request for updates. It's now 18 December and the item is presumed missing or lost with the courier. Items are now out of stock with Garden Store Direct and other sellers online. Will not use this company again!

Avoid this business if you expect reliable service and timely delivery of your Christmas items. I ordered a fiber optic tree on December 6th for a special needs child, only to face delays, false promises, and lies about delivery from both the business and Yodel. Despite updating my delivery address multiple times, I've wasted numerous days waiting, and as of today, December 16th, there's still no delivery. My disappointment is beyond words, and I now need to urgently find another fiber optic tree for my child. I can no longer tolerate false delivery assurances from this incompetent company, and I will be seeking refund!!!

Great service, ordered 7ft pre lit Christmas tree and it’s exactly as it looks on picture, quick delivery, will buy from them again.

Item delivered quick and the ordering process was very easy. The item we ordered was with warm white led's but the item we received has ice white led's,
Gave 4 stars as its just the colour which is wrong. And also to return it they were charging £12 return fee

Lovely Christmas tree for a great price unfortunately only half the pre lit lights where working. Phoned asking for a an exchange, but they can’t unless they have photos (boxed the tree back up ready for collection didn’t think to take photos) instead when they collect it they will process refund then, but only if I phone them because they can’t see when it’s been picked up from courier.
Ludicrous, if they can refund when they pick up the faulty tree why can’t they just exchange, Its just really inconvenient as now I have to find another tree. Customer service and order management really poor.
Once the tree was picked up, I phoned back and every time onwards the staff were very lovely. I accidentally reordered the tree from Amazon not noticing it was the same company and when it arrived it was perfect. Very good quality. Maybe the initial customer service agent was having a bad day.
