Fast delivery and excellent customer service

Fitted a pergola. Sent a company who built 75% of it in my garden then asked me to sign a damage waiver. They confirmed they did not have public liability insurance so GardenStoreDirect sent an uninsured company to work at my property.

Damage waivers should be done prior to work starting so I have an option, not 75% into the build.

I refused, they threatened to leave the half built pergola in my garden in high winds so it would have caused serious damage.

The boss of the GardenStoreDirect emailed to say if I allow the company to continue, they will cover any unlikely repair costs.

My tile is cracked and now GardenStoreDirect are reading my emails but not replying.

Awaiting 2 repair quotes then starting legal action.

Pathetic aftercare.

Parcel not arrived on time even few days later hard to locate

Firstly price of item drew us to it. Staff member very helpful and indeed did send out item the same day. Only issue was that carrier, DPD advised there was an "issue" with delivery and item was delayed by one day.

Placed an order 1st may, the website/advert explicity said the delivery would be between 7-14 days. I wait 14 days only to receive a text message asking me to pick a delivery date and the earliest date I could choose was 22nd June.

I rang them up asking whats this 14 days to deliver but now without warning its actually nearly 2 month??? "Theres nothing we can do".

Absolutely sh1t service!!!!!

Spent two weeks waiting for an item without response when asking where it was and then it was the wrong item. £500 well spent. Avoid.

Will be having to raise a charge back to my credit card.

Incredibly pleased with our eight seater garden table and chairs set. Quality product that was well packaged.

2 stars for delivery
Delivery service was not as smooth. Was booked and scheduled to arrive on the Friday. Nothing, so I called them and they apologised and said it would be first slot the next day. It was but only because I contacted them!

Bought paint with next day delivery… yep it never arrived on the day. Tracking number was useless. Turned up a day late…. What a way to run a business. Yep I did email you but I guess a response will be late coming as well

The item came with damage which could impact its quality in the future. We were offered a partial refund or return. I felt the offer was worth changing and the thought of having to send it back was not a nice thought. Jordan was very helpful and courteous. Other than the fact I now have a slightly damaged item which I hope my husband can at least give it a good chance of being protected. I happy
