Fulfilment Issue …
There was a problem with the delivery which may have not been Garden Chics fault. The consignment contained two boxes of which I only received one and waited for the second box.I contacted Garden Chic and was told to wait as the delivery company would deliver…It didn’t !Although upon contacting Garden Chic customer services again they organised the missing consignment replacement delivery which was delivered promptly.

Solid enough bench but assembly more difficult than expected
Recently purchased a Hemsway three-seater 1.5m garden bench. We experienced no problems dealing with the company (online), but assembling the bench was rather more difficult and time consuming than the two of us would have liked. Also we did not particularly like the use of small Allen keys to tighten the bolts, some of which had fairly soft heads so the grip wasn't always ideal to achieve the desired tightness. We would have been much happier if large cross-headed screws had been used in the construction. It will also be necessary to periodically check the tightness of the bolts as they may slacken slightly over time (which in fairness is pointed out in the instruction leaflet).

Extremely cheaply made tat
Extremely cheap, lots of bolt holes missing aligned, fly nets are degrading and getting holes after only a few weeks, very disappointed

Garden shed defective
IWe ordered a garden shed which arrived with several serious defects.
The doors are incorrectly sized for the frame. They are approximately 3 cm too narrow, leaving huge gaps on the hinge sides that prevent the unit from closing properly.
To address this, I was forced to install 12 mm plywood on one side and 6 mm plywood behind the hinges on the other just to bridge the gap.
Beyond the sizing issues, while we understand that natural wood has inherent imperfections, the quality of this shed does not reflect its cost. I was expecting better craftsmanship for the price I paid:
- Several areas of the wood have significant holes where the knots have fallen out, leaving open gaps in the panels.
-Rusted Hardware. All the nails provided are already rusted.
- Structural Gaps: Despite my attempts to fix the frame with plywood, there are still gaps and other minor defects that I have had to correct myself. Some of them I could not correct.
- It look already old/manufactured long time ago.
Despite many attemps to resolve the issue with the customer service which send the ball to the manufacturer no refund was issued.
Avoid at all costs.

Bought a hot tub but it didn't reach…
Bought a hot tub but it didn't reach the advertised temperature. It has taken 4 month to resolve the matter. They sent a box which obviously fell to bits due to the weight and size of it and the fact i cant pack it as the factory did.
Months of ignored emails but was resolved after ringing. The were then saying to simply return the heater and dispose of the rest.
All going on arguing between myself and them who keep going back to their supplier. Reminding them that their supplier wasn't my problem was a waste of time.
Item went back a few days ago so now awaiting a refund
