Game wouldn’t download license key incorrect just told to contact product owner no customer services contacts with Magix. So bought a product and can’t use and no support.

Confirmation of purchase and link to download the software arrived within an hour (not immediately) but all was well. Thank you.

The graphics on the game are amazing and installing the game didn’t to long either. 😊

I bought the software I wanted, but had a query about the download. My question was answered promptly even though it was late on Friday evening (of a holiday weekend!) and my program is now installed and functional. Can't ask for more.

Could not get the package I paid for so wasted £8.99. Bought it elsewhere for £5.99 in the end. But still down £8.99.

The keys sold are not valid. Refuses to replace non-working keys with working ones. Beware!

This is btw. the type of answers one can expect if the seller answers to complaints.

Purchased a digital copy of a PC game. When the key eventually arrived (nearly 24 hours after payment)...EDIT (Was about 7 hours, my mistake)
The code had ALREADY BEEN ACTIVATED!!!
No reply from ANY of the 4 emails sent to them.
Then, just to top it off...email recieved saying We've refunded you. But, they haven't!
No game, no refund, no replies to emails...

Firstly...How completely unprofessional and rude to start your reply with 'Buyer is a liar'!
I still have not had a refund...it is not upto me to chase this with the bank!
You have NOT replied to any of my emails. The email you sent telling me you have refunded me in no way acknowledged my previous emails.
You expect me to publicly apologise, and yet you have yet to apologise for providing a product already activated, for your incredibly poor customer service, and for still not giving a refund yet have claimed to.

Regardless as to whether the digital key took 24 hours or 7 hours to be sent, my 1 star review is even more so an accurate representation of this rude, unprofessional company that at this point could be labeled as liars as I still wait for the refund claimed to have been given!

If you feel it is acceptable for a business to not provide a working key, not apologise, not offer an alternative WORKING key, not respond to emails, claim to have refunded their customer but haven't, call their customer a liar, publicly, demand an apology from their customer (when not doing so themselves) but not earn the very lowest review...feel free to reply to inform all reading as to why.

My apologies for the mix up of the time stamp of delivery. I'm used to purchasing from your competitors such as CDKeys and therefore receiving the digital key in minutes not HOURS.

Readers of the reviews on trustpilot can make their own mind up. In fact, they've only got to see the way in which you react to your customers feedback to determine whether to choose you or to instead choose a business with some professionality.
I'm not the first to become a target of your insults. Confident I won't be the last. I especially like the reviews of others that say you 'attempted' to bully them to remove their negative feedback.

I've now recieved my refund so thank you for that. Pity I had to make public your lies in order for this to make you take action!

But the way in which you treat your customers is just atrocious. To call a paying customer a deplorable person is just crazy! Can only assume you're a 12 year old going operating from your dad's shed.

One more time...you gave me a key that had already been activated. No apology.

You told me you'd refunded me but this didn't happen until I after I reported, publicly that I hadn't.

You demand an apology, yet don't offer one for your abysmal business practise and attitude.

You call me petty yet your reply to my review and others clearly illustrates the pettiness of your business hurling insults such as liar and deplorable!

I'm done continuing this as at the end of the day it was £1.99! But I'm glad others can see the way you conduct business.

Bit of business advise guys...

If you don't provide the service or product you've been paid for...apologise. Ask if the customer would still like the item OR prefer a refund.

Then, using your words, like a big boy...inform the customer that you'll either get them their product or that 'WITHIN AN ACCURATE TIME FRAME" they'll recieve a refund.

Should a customer, justifiably give you a poor review, based on your many failings...instead of attacking them like a school playground bully...ACKNOWLEDGE, APOLOGISE, MAKE RIGHT!

See, easy!

Then people will read reviews and not think...wow not using them because of how they treat negative reviews. Instead, they'll think, ok, they made a mistake, that's human, but they fixed it, and did so professionally.

Amended review after I received the steam key once it was resent. I gave bad feedback following an email asking for feedback when I hadn’t received anything yet. Kudos to the team for resending it once I sent an email but the fact I received it on the second attempt shows there wasn’t an issue with my email. Changing this to a 3 star due to the customers services attitude when all they had to do was help and I wouldn’t have kicked up a fuss. Maybe don’t send feedback requests so soon after an order then.

Gives the impression the game is instantly downloadable, upon purchase you are then told you have to become a member of a totally different site and that you have to wait for your key to be sent to you. Stating there will be a delay in waiting for said key. I have the email to prove this. After instantly emailing them (after I got this email stating a delay in getting the key) to ask them how long I would be waiting for the key I had no reply. It took almost 2 hours before I received the key. And even though I hadn't seen the key come through, they made no attempt to contact nor help me until I left a negative review on Trustpilot. None of this was advertised and I find it all rather misleading as none of this is explained prior to purchase.
Since I left the negative review their demeanour has been poor and very defensive. No etiquette in customer service practiced and as per their reply on here, very defensive. In response to their reply, how are you to know I hadn’t seen any key? Well perhaps if you bothered to reply to the email I sent you straight after the email you sent me stating there will be a delay in me getting the key, you would have found out. But no as stated in this review and the original, you didn’t bother to deliver any customer service and actually reply to my email. Rather than get your backs up perhaps try speaking to customers that have a bad experience like a human rather than being defensive and acting like a spoiled brat.
I edited my review as I had made a mistake which I was happy to own up to. Stop throwing your toys at the pram and deliver better customer service next time. Maybe then you’ll turn a negative experience in to a good one and retain the customers business. As for this time round you have certainly lost it.
As for your claim to not advertising the game is instantly downloadable, maybe look at your little infographic / diagram explaining the process and then think about the impression it gives! It may not state the words instantly downloadable but it 100% gives that impression. Hope your day improves as it sounds like it’s a bad one so far!

Game did not work I have been spuer busy with work is why I have not sent a video and trustpilot need to add pictures to there review as the Customer service was shocking told I can have a full refund if I remove my review (blackmail) I will just get my money back though trading standards
