Quick and easy to pre-order of the assassins creed shadows collectors edition on ps5 and they helped me out very quickly as I had trouble placing the preorder due to numerous times of the order being cancelled so very great customer service in the end very pleased

Bought 2 controllers both broke in under 4 months, terrible.

I love my local Game store. The staff are always wonderful, customer service is excellent and they're always very helpful. If I can get physical versions of my games, I'll get them through Game. The addition of the retail products is also helpful in terms of having a store with a little more to offer esepcially ad gaming is not limited to consoles, and I am planning on getting some more board games and expanding my D&D collection in the future.

I want to try and support a physical company as everything is done online now. I pre-ordered the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth deluxe as I enjoy the game immensely. Sadly I wish I had not bothered. They charged £5 for delivery and it was more expensive than Amazon. I got the email saying the game was being shipped. I took the day off to collect and play, went in the morning and they said it had not turned up and should get an email when it is ready for collection. I did not get this email and tried again at the end of the day but still not there. The next day still no confirmation.

I contacted the Game about my issue and after a little back and forth they have said I collected the item on the 27th (2 days early) supposedly (and at 18.04 when the store closes at 17.30) and if I still have an issue to go to the store. Er no, they should contact the store and find out what has happened.

Annoyed is an understatement and will not be buying from Game ever again.

Staff are really friendly was greeted at the door which is quite a rare thing to see.

I was after a new gaming headset for my Xbox Series X, saw reviews elsewhere for the Hyperx Cloudx Stinger Core, but have great service and loyal to Game so decided to purchase from them, store was not too busy and did not have to wait long to be served, Have used the item and exceeds expectations. Great Job Guys

The gentleman that served us was very helpful and polite..Took my grandson in there and we purchased a game but the moment we left he decided he did not want it so went back into the shop for my grandson to exchange for something else. Very good customer service.
