Staff caught lying about Pokémon card stock either to keep them for themselves or for friends. Spoke to one staff member at 10am who got nervous when asked if they had any in and he said"I don't think so" then asked in back room and said no not yet but there's only 4 boxes coming.
Went back at 1pm and spoke to another staff member and when asked if the stock was in yet he got really nervous and said they were already all gone and sold out, when asked how much stock they had he replied only 2 boxes. It's hard enough trying to find Pokémon card stock on the shelves as it is with scalpers flipping them on eBay for double the cost but even harder when the stock doesn't even make it to the shelf as the staff are hoarding it in the stock room.

My Experience Was Great Because The Staff Of Game Edinburgh In Waverley Mall Was Very Friendly And Helpful With Things And Game Is A Great Company To Buy Gifts For Friends And Family Members.

Well stocked shop - got what we came for without any issue - friendly staff and enjoyable shopping experience. Heard them deal with an angry chancer customer and felt they were very fair and helpful when that person was trying to convince them to accept return of an abused controller without any proof of purchase. Working in face to face business deserves respect!

A price label which had been in place for many weeks (I'd been contemplating buying the item since before Christmas) was £10 more at the till. The difference was not honoured and I had to get a refund, though as it was the only copy left I wonder how many other shoppers paid more than they expected without realising
