Ik zal iedereen delen dat deze broker is corrupt en niet in de buurt van hem komen.
Ze hebben $2645,- bevriest. Ze dwingen mij om dit bedrag naar $5000,- verhogen dan kan ik in aanmerking komen voor investeren.
Maar halve weg ik werd door een kennis wakker geworden dat ze gaan niet ophouden en iedere keer vragen jou om meer over maken tot je in aanneming komt.
Er zijn verschillende mensen van deze broker in het “Discord” actief om mensen te lokken.
Met name KEVIN TIMMER en ROBIN MOLENKAMP van trade Academy.

They sy you pay 50$ to get 500$ then pay more amounts when you will exhausted to pay then they will kick out from the group and they will not allowed to tell any things in the group please don't pay any money to Capital gaining fx you will never get back.

Capital Gaining FX is totally scams they are Nigerians group please don't invest your money with them they will objection with different reason.They will say you pay more and more finally you can't withdraw your money. All the reviews making through scam team very big and sharp people you can't judge them. 3 time they changed his company name

I was contacted by a woman speaking Swedish with an accent, said her name was Emma Svensson a typical Swedish name and already there i got suspicious. She also said she called from their office in Berlin and yet she called from a Swedish phone number 0701113355. She said that she called because i had some money in an account that previously was through Option888 but they lost their licence and they have now taken over. She said they priviously worked under them but now since they lost their licence they have now taken over. I called her out on beeing a scam the same as Option888 and she became hostile directly. She refused to give me the licence number of the company and she acted on 20 year old information that they for sure bought from some other scam company that sold my information when i signed up online for interest in trading over 20 years ago. I get several calls like this every month. They are only trying to scam you out of your money. They are getting more and more advanced and now they are even hiring people talking the native language to try and sign up more people for this type of scam. Most likely they will sign you up for an account, have you deposit a small deposit of 500-1000 USD and then have you "trading" on their platform with a "professional" trader that will tell you when to buy and sell. You might see your account increase but most likely you will go bust directly and their scam will not be questioned by you. But if you are successfull and want to make a withdraw it will not happen. They will say they have made the withdraw and it will show so on the website but you will never see your money again. Please do yourself a favor and never deposit money to someone calling you on the phone from a company you are not familiar with. Always do your financial investing with serious local companies and brokers that you now are legit. If you deposit money with companies like Gain Capital you will never see that money again. Be careful out there and do not fall for their scams!

I tried for two days to contact customer service. I've been with Daniel Trading for over two years. I finally got thru and it sounded like I just woke up the gentleman. He was very drab and hardly responsive - I almost called 911 to have him checked.

This is my second time reviewing this company. In less than a month of being with them, I have lost a third of my account value. Except for two trades, the rest were losing trades with values ranging from close to 2000 to 380 dollars. It is expected that one is going to lose some and win others, but the cavalier attitude with with these brokers respond to client's loses gives the impression that they dont care because either way, they are going to get their commission. The broker actually told me after enduring three losing trades in one day that I had to pay my dues as someone new to futures. Which begs the question, what exactly is he being paid to do? The lack of professionalism and downright criminality at this treading firm is appalling and should be investigated by the relevant authorities. Anyone thinking of joining this firm is advised to either go to the casino, where at least you see beautiful girls while losing your money, or stuff the extra cash in a mattress.

Gain Capital is simply horrible on all levels let me explain.

We just got screwed out of a $210 profit because the platform which hasn't been updated in over a decade it's the same Open E Cry they bought and did nothing to improve on. Now we are sitting on a $40 loser instead of being legitimately up $210. They should bust the trade.

We have over 30 years of trading experience with a good size account.

So now Gain we are dumping like a bad date and going to Iron Beam Futures much higher rated overall.

Gain you just lost out block account adios!

The've done a terrible job in assigning incompetent people in customer service. We called them to inquire about trading and lo and behold, the person we talked to didn't know much about it and was really struggling to talk to us. It was sad because they assigned incompetent people to a very important position that would supposedly represent them.

I've read a number of negative reviews. Apparently, hundreds of alleged victims are looking to redress or attempting to recover some of their funds. Same as many my withdrawal request was pending for some months, my claim was acknowledged and payments processed out, this is why I'm giving the broker 3 stars, not one.

The customer service people of this company are quite rude and arrogant. They are impatient, short-tempered, and don't like to repeat themselves. I don't think even a single one of them knows how to be polite. When I highlighted it to one of the executives, she said that she was pressed for time. That's no excuse.
