I ordered a pair of shoes that I was desperate for.
I waited quite a while only then to receive an email from PayPal saying FyFo had refunded my money but still to this day I haven't heard a word fro FyFo to say my order is now not available and I would get a refund, I've heard nothing and if it wasn't for PayPal I'd still be waiting on my delivery.

Ordered a pair of shoes, didn't say they were out of stock. Money was taken out of my account. Five days later received an email to say I couldn't have them as they weren't in stock!

Disappointed I really wanted the shoes and thought I'd finally found a pair of them.

Really quick delivery. I needed to exchange my item for another size and I received the exchanged item within a couple of days of me returning the original.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes totally just under £100, received an order confirmation email but a week later still hadn't received a dispatch notice. Contacted the company who sent me 2 emails, the first stating that they had received the items back and refunded me as I requested.........I certainly hadn't I wanted the shoes! The second stated that there was a glitch in the system which meant out of stock items were showing on their website and they apologised. Looking at other reviews this 'glitch' happens often! Both pairs of shoes are still showing as available on their website!
There has been no problems with the refund but I'm not happy with receiving an email blaming me!

Placed an order, funds left the account, no further communication about order or shipping until email arrives stating out of stock. I did get a refund but this just shouldnt happen. Won't use them again

Ordered some shoes via the internet. Pay,net was taken but as it happens, they were out of stock. I was rapidly refunded with a very apologetic email. So can't fault the customer service. Just disappointed that times that are not available are shown as in stock on the website

I placed an order for an item I had been searching for a long time. The next day I got an email saying it was out of stock! I am not at all happy with the service!

I've worn my trainers everyday since they were delivered last week as they're so comfortable! I'm really pleased with how trendy and attractive they are and my sore flat feet are much improved!

They took my order , then the day it was to arrive , I had a email saying they were out of stock. Then I had to wait a week for my money to be returned. Very poor service

I ordered some shoes but only found out that they were not being sent when the payment was returned. I think this is the second time this has happened with different products.

Seriously - this company is one to avoid.

Their website advertises lots of branded items - but they don't actually have stock of any of these items - they will quite happily take your payment though - and then hold on to it before bothering to tell you that they don't have the stock (there website claims they do).

There's something incredibly fishy about a company that practices like this - either they do have stock or not??

If they are just a front end website for a fulfilment company, then fine - but they need to be upfront about that being their business practice - which they aren't.

My recommendation would just be to avoid FYFO at all costs - there are companies out there who have clear and transparent business methods - best spend a couple of extra pounds and have piece of mind.

Product is good and delivered in time stated. Although this is the case the package states on the outside what it contains. So much for that present idea which my partner signed for! Don't know any other company that does this! Won't be buying any other presents in the future from here which is a shame as delivery and price is okay.

I ordered a pair of vivobarefoot shoes for my son for school, I'd been looking at a pair of nearly new ones on eBay and was happy to pay whatever it took because I just couldn't find them anywhere in his size but when I found these ones I didn't bother bidding on the others. I'd paid for 1st class recorded delivery but 3 days later got an email saying they were out of stock. I was very annoyed as I'd missed or on the pair on eBay by this point! So giving then the benefit if the doubt I ordered another pair in same size but a different colour and also the cookie I'd originally wanted in the next size up ready for when his feet grew. Again I received an email saying the bigger size were out of stock but they'd posted the smaller size. Again I'd paid for 1st class recorded delivery but 5 days after the email from them I still havent received the shoes. I rang today and was told they'd ring me back within half an hour, 1.5 hours later I'm still waiting and they are not answering my calls! All I want is to be told of something is out of stock abs be refunded instead of being lied to about it.
