Ptroblem for KYC verification 2
I was an exisiting client and already mafe a several withdrawal and has been verified 2.
When I make a withdrawal this time, my account was degraded to verifed 1. Meaning, I have to do the KYC process again.
I had submitted my KYC and the ID and photos was accepted and the selfie was rejected because of quality. When I make a request again, the KYC has to repeat agan and all was rejected despite of the previous ID and was accepted.Several repeatition of KYC and was rejected.
It seems that they are holding my withdrawal.
Fortunately I did not make a large deposit otherwise I cannot withdraw my money.
Not recommended FX trading broker and avoid opening an account on tnis broker.

100% reliable and trustworthy company
I have been using FXOpen for many years now. All trades are executed with very little spread (compared to most other brokers) and in over 2,000 trades not one has had any type of issue. Also withdrawals are completed very quickly. I highly recommend FXOpen.

Scammed For $5600 Eventually
UPDATE ON 28 FEB 2024: So FXOPEN flagged my real review as fake but I got it verified from Trustpilot. They flagged my review even after when I described the whole issue in detail here. So first I gave them 1 star then I gave them 4 star but now I will give them 2 stars. Let me remind that even though I received my deposit and withdrawal after 1 week but in the process, I lost $200 for free because of them.
UPDATE ON 19 FEB 2024: SO I RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL AND THE DEPOSIT ALSO GOT CREDITED IN BCH. IT TOOK 1 WEEK. I LOST $200 BECAUSE THE EXCHANE RATE WENT DOWN IN 1 WEEK DELAY. Chat support did not know/told me what exactly the problem was.
So it has been working well for 2.5 years but i guess every broker will scam you eventually. so this week was my number to get scammed from fxopen. i never had issues in deposit/withdraw in last 2 years but since last 2 weeks, it has been a nightmare. since 12 Feb 2024, all my money is lost to fxopen. I lost $5600 to fxopen. One deposit of $2100 which they never credited to my ecn account and one usdt withdrawal still pending from days. neither they are replying to my emails and their chat support is useless and robotic. as you would know when a broker decides to run away with your money then thats how their response becomes. typical forex broker scam. If not today then you will also be scammed tomorrow. this is just how this industry is. in the end, shame on fxopen for targeting me as an individual. If I get my money back then I will come and change my review but for now I am mentally being harrased and all my money is being held with fxopen illegally.

Resolution and Communication: Contrary to the claim in your review, the issue was resolved within 4 days (from February 12th to 16th), despite the initial misrepresentation. The phrase “neither they are replying to my emails and their chat support is useless and robotic” does not correspond to the real events. FXOpen support team took every possible action to resume work, provided you with updates on the process of fixing the issue and apologies were made in every response. Our support team strives to provide prompt and helpful assistance to all our clients, and we apologize if there were any communication gaps during this process.
Technical Issue: The issue experienced was of a technical nature related to a failure in the crypto-wallet, which required an update and re-synchronization with the network. Resynchronization resulted in a delay in processing. Kindly note that the legal documents disclosed on our website also emphasize that FXOpen is not at fault in such cases.
Market Volatility and Risk Disclosure: As with any online trading platform, there are inherent risks associated with market volatility and system disruptions. We ensure that all our clients are informed of these risks through our Risk Disclosure Statements and Customer Agreement.
