Se hai perso denaro a causa di consigli errati o non autorizzati da parte degli agenti del call center di FXGM, è importante sapere che hai il diritto legittimo di chiedere un risarcimento del 100% dell'importo perso. Questo diritto si basa sul fatto che, secondo il contratto di FXGM, l'azienda non è autorizzata a offrire consulenze finanziarie.

Passo 1: Presentare un reclamo a FXGM

Nel momento in cui ti accorgi di essere stato mal consigliato o guidato erroneamente dagli agenti del call center a Malta (ZP services ltd), il primo passo è presentare un reclamo formale all'azienda. Passo 2: Richiesta di una copia delle telefonate registrate

Nel caso in cui tu ritenga che siano state commesse violazioni da parte dell'azienda, hai il diritto di segnalare la questione alla CySEC (Commissariato dei Servizi Finanziari di Cipro). Ritiro della licenza

Attualmente, FXGM ha ritirato la sua licenza. Questa situazione è preoccupante e rende ancora più importante esercitare i tuoi diritti legali per richiedere il risarcimento.

Ormai è documentato chi sono i proprietari e dove si trovano. Anche se il sito di FXGM è chiuso e la licenza è stata ritirata, DEPAHO Ltd è ancora attiva.

I saw an advertisement saying "earn while you learn an wanted more information. I was contacted the next day an was told to deposit 200usd an benefit 5 protected trades..meaning there was no way I was to lose my money..I accepted an 2 days later a nicholas called an gave his input more about increasing my protected trade with extra 20k to earn 8 more protection..I refused ..an he call again to lower the 20k to 5k wich i felt unusal. Nevertheless i asked him to show me how to trade an he asked me to go to zinc an lock in position he told me. I also gav them s referral who was scammed for 44k an up to this day nicholas harrassed her for extra 5k to recoup losses. Eventually he blew my account an my money was gone. All they want from the initial deposit is more protection money wich they blow by giving instructions wich we follow an the account is liquidated. I'm trying to get help frm fsca or to report this registered scammers

This is completely scammers company. They are promising support and guidance for beginners, but actually what they are doing- giving you absolutely inadequate guidance, which is leading to abrupt dropping of margin level and liquidation of your account. Their managers are unresponsive if you need advice. On top of that they are extremely arrogant, jut mocking and kidding you. You are going to lose your precious time and money.

This company is a scam, l will not recommend anyone who want to join , when they want you to join they talk nicely and they said you won't lose your money however when you ataterd to trade they talk ather language , my heart is very painful l took the last money l have now l have nothing, l will not forgive the guy called Peter or John.

My trading account was doing well. Imanaged to generate just over 1800 dollars in profit in a few days, being an inexperienced trader as i am. But when i wanted to withdraw 530 dollars thats when my problem started. They couldn't process my withdrawal until their so called account manager by the name of Ivor misled me. I think they are a scam and i warn everyone else out there to think twice about fxgm

E' successa la stessa cosa anche a me per una perdita su FXGM del 2016, ora all'AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE risulta un conto all'estero per una cifra circa doppia a quella persa . Come si può risolvere con l'Agenzia delle Entrate? Aiutiamoci!

Attenzione: i soldi che ho perso nel 2018...sono ricomparsi ora... Lettera dell'agenzia delle entrate che dice che nel 2018 non ho denunciato redditi all'estero!!!... A CIPRO!!!
Mai firmato nulla x aprire conti a Cipro!... E ora come faccio a dimostrare che quei soldi non li ho versati io???...

I pray Victoria and the rest are in jail by now. I was robbed of $1m last year. I went to the police but said they couldn’t do anything. I gave up and I started my life from the scratch. It was not easy for me. The depression caused a lot of health issue but I was reading through a review about Re t r i eve pro. I made a call on their site and within last week I got my lost coins back.

Zero stelle- aggressivi, insistenti e male educati.
Volevano sapere quanto soldi che ho in banca. Ecco il obbiettivo. Quanto farti perdere. Ti fanno sempre investire di più- alimenta il tuo conto fxgm- sempre di più con promesse di rifarti i soldi persi in FXGM.

Sapevano che ho zero esperienza In investimenti- ma mi garantiscano sostegno e aiuto con ottimi consigli ogni passo. Continuavo perdere soldi e investire altri.
Lezioni inesistenti e assistenza inesistente. Chi dice di essere il account manager e poi quando ti hanno perso tutti i tuoi soldi ti fanno chiamare dal consulente.
Loro si prendano un percentuale di quello che investì e il resto se ne sbattano.

FXGM ha riempito Google ricerca con buoni recensioni? sembra per ingannare le persone- ma sembrano recensioni loro e non del pubblico.

Sconsiglio vivamente investimenti con FXGM. Non ascoltarli e Non farti ingannare. Sono altamente incompetenti.
Nessuno ha Una sfera di cristallo- lascia ai professionisti o alle banche il da fare. Se non lavorano in banca c’è il suo motivo.

Ti diverti di più giocare la roulette al casino’. Almeno non regali i tuoi risparmi ai ragazzini che non si fanno scrupoli a sfilarti i tuoi risparmi con promesse vuote cioè inganni/ truffe.
Loro sono a Malta, dicano, e sfruttano i numeri Italiani dalla quale chiamano (02 Milano).

Il mio parere, è Un azienda legalizzata dì truffatori. Tutti in galera!

E' una piattaforma di ladri!!! ti fanno operare prima con un piccolo capitale (500,00 euro) poi ti fanno versare altri soldi.
Dopo svariate telefonate, ti convincono ad operare con loro facendoti firmare un contratto capestro, dove vieni inquadrato come cliente vip o professionale; li cominciamo le dolenti note!
ti fanno operare con una leva finanziaria altissima (1/200) e nel giro di pochie mesi, visto che non hai esperienza con il TRADE, perdi tutti i tuoi soldi.
Se qualcuno trova utile questa recensione mi faccia sapere. Io voglio fargli causa e se siamo in molti possiamo valutare di contattare un legale per dividere le spese.
A breve farò una denuncia alla Polizia Postale per far oscurare il sito di questi grandi imbroglioni che approfittano della buona fede delle persone!

Keeps calling and want me to open an account.
Thay looks like scammers. Be aware.

I have never visited their site but they keep calling and want me to "finish" my registration. I told them that I have never visited their site, or started a registration, and that I am not interested but they keep calling. I can only assume that they try to fraud people out of their money since no legitimate business would keep calling
after being explicitly told not to call again.

La sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque, ho messo 3.500 euro ,quando sono arrivata ad 8.000 ho tentato di riprendere qualcosa dei Miei soldi, ma sono stata convinta a rimandare per poi farmi operare dietro le loro direttive, fino a farmi entrare in neutrale facendomi investire tutto il capitale che era di 14.000 euro. Per uscirne Mi hanno detto che devo inserire a capitale almeno altri 15.000 euro,ovviamente non ci penso nemmeno,visto che ho capito che non si può ritirare. Così non mettendone altri, il capitale è andato a rischio come volevano loro eho perso I Miei soldi .Lo scrivo qui sperando che altri non facciano il Mio stesso errore

I bought and lost all the money in the buying. Literally. On the"spread" which is the money they take from every buy.

They refused to refund the money that I spent, even though they took it all.

That said, I take responsibility for this poor investment and have learned from the experience. Its a risky investment if you dont know what youre doing, which I didnt.

They are doing the best they can, making money, and it seems they know how to do that at the expense of others. Also very good at selling.

They kept telling me they were sending me messages with info so I could contact them and I never received any. I got a new account manager every other week, God knows why that is..

Just stay away if you want to keep your money and not lose it, unless you are super experienced and know exactly what you are doing. In that case I am sure there are better companies out there either way!

There are better investment opportunities!

I would not recommend this one.
