We visited the Barnstaple store on a Saturday afternoon to browse furniture for our new home. We were greeted upon arrival and advised of promotions and where to find things in the store. The store itself was clean, tidy and well presented. We ended up purchasing a sofa because of their incredible affordability and quality. I was really impressed with Dave Littlejohn’s customer service. He was warm, personable and professional whilst also able to have a laugh. He made the process feel easy and stress-free. It was an overall pleasant experience and will definitely be revisited to make more stylish home purchases at great prices. Shout out to the team for being so friendly and welcoming! Absolutely worth a visit if you’re in the Barnstaple area and looking for high quality bargains.

I visited this Store for a bed frame to buy, Martin at the Barnstaple store was very friendly and helpful. The size frame I wanted was not in stock, he was happy to phone up and find the size I needed. There are so many lovely items in this store, I will be back for more items.

Excellent service
Went into Barnstaple store today to look at an armchair to go along with a sofa we had bought around April this year. Martin was really helpful, he looked up our previous order to ensure we got the right item, in the same colour too. He went through everything with us including delivery and stain guard. We also purchased a storage footstall. Whenever we have been in the store the staff have always been really helpful and friendly and never pressure you like some other furniture stores.
