Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd Bewertungen

I have had very poor experience with the company.
I have been approached via email by Charlie with a job offer which I was keen on.
After a phone call, a few messages we have arranged for very short notice interview with the company which was meant to be via teams.
I have changed my day's schedule to allow for the interview, waited for a link to join the meeting or any message for that matter but I have had no contact from Charlie nor agency or the company. I tried calling, texting or emailing but with no answer or reply. Eventually managed to get through to another recruiter who informed me that interview was postponed and Charlie will get back to me the next day.
That didn't happen. Nothing heard from the company or the recruitment.

Wasted mine and their time in a very unprofessional manner.

Wesley has been really helpful, Informative and a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. Resulting in an offer today. Thank you

Emily brooks dealt with me so well and i really appreciate the work she has done for me, every phone call received was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I would also say if it wasnt for her advice and clear communication skills that i would not be in this position of getting a job placement, as i felt like i knew how to handle every situation i faced after having a call with her.

Amazing recruitment company.
While looking for a new career I found a job advert that I really wanted, I wasn't quite qualified for it but none the less I wanted it.
So I rang and asked for the recruiter who's name was on the advert and lucky for me It was Ryan.
He really took the time to understand me and tell me honestly that it won't be easy but let's see if they may entertain speaking to me.
He was always reachable by phone, always rang me with updates and awaly gave the right advise before speaking to the company i wanted to work for.
2 weeks later I've got the job wanted for a great employer.
I couldn't be happier with my experience thank you.

Great communication skills and transparency was shown while organizing an interview for the role I am interested.

All through the recruitment process, Issy communicated clearly and regularly.

At various stages, Issy asked me questions and gave feedback on my progress with the end employer.

Excellent work from the team off recruiters (James and charlie). Great communication, they really explained everything in great detail. They worked with myself and the hiring client to arrange interviews and meetings around difficult schedules. I can't thank them enough, I have been offered the job, and simply cannot say no to the excellent benefits they managed to achieve for me.

Thank you!

I'm happy with the handling of my interview process. Right from when I got selected through to the final
stage, I recieved the necessary help, personal and supportive guidance that prepared me to be my best. All through the stages.

I have been looking for a good technical job for over a year, have tried different recruiters and different websites to apply and with Dea Totaj from Future Engineering I got job doubling my salary within a week! She made a profile for me, helped me with my CV, prepared me for interviews and got me in contact with an employer so quickly. The process was extremely smooth and will have changed my life. I am so grateful and could not be more happy with the service. Well done to Dea and well done to the entire team. Their professionalism and efficiency are reflected in their results.

Emily is such a helpful person and she explained everything that I needed to know in detail which made the whole experience smooth & very happy with her service.

My experience with future engineering was wonderful. I dealt with a person called Emily Brooks and she helped massively in helping me move forward with my career. She gave me a lot of help with my interviews, showing me the best questions to ask and the best ways to answer certain questions. She gathered as much information as she could before I had to attend meetings with future employers that helped me prepare. When it came to receive my offer she negotiated with the company on my behalf, helping me to come out the other side with the best offer on the table. Even after being employed, she will continue to be a point of contact for any problems I encounter. It has been my pleasure to have worked with future engineering and emily and I hope that many more find the help I received too !

Smooth process, straight to the point, very polite and amazing service from the team.

Dea was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with David Blissett from Future Engineer Recruitment, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the start, he took the time to understand my skills, experience, and career aspirations, ensuring he matched me with the perfect opportunity.

David was professional, communicative, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He provided valuable insights, helped me prepare for interviews, and kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks to his dedication, I secured a fantastic role that aligns perfectly with my career goals.

If you’re looking for a recruiter who truly cares about your success and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend David.

I have been in contact with David from future engineering for quite some time now. He is extremely reliable and professional, definitely a great contact to have

Good communication. Friendly and will go out of there way to help. Dave is a good lad and deserves the 5 stars.

This organisation tell lies !!!

I had three calls this morning from a possible spam caller, so didn't answer. I sent a text asking "Who is this"
I received a text message saying I had applied for a specific job, so I called the number and someone called Masoud told me lies. He said I applied for a job on 28th January, I knew this was untrue as I was particularly busy on that date, so he started to panic and said it might have been earlier, but I said if I had it was a long time ago, but he would not back down. All he wanted was for me to apply for the job via his cheating company, he sent me the job application by email for the job that I was supposed to have already applied for - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have found a great job!!! Eran Yalcimoz has supported me with everything to get the job I was looking for. He prepared me for a job interview. He did a huge, great job. Thank You one more time Eran. You are doing exellence job.!!!

Worked with Charlie, who had reached out to me. Great service, always kept in touch, and chased where necessary. All in all, very happy.

Many thanks to Charlie Auburn for helping me find my new job role. He kept me up to date the whole time during the process, and was thoroughly professional and friendly which made it an absolute pleasure to deal with him.
