It is a scam. They charge me 30 EUR only for chacking that my fur coat has 0 EUR value. I don't think it is a true. Avoid this company at any cost. Do not sell them your fur as you probably receive nothing.

Sent three fur coats from Scotland with all the correct documents. They refused to take receipt of them and now have to pay to have them returned to me. Absolute disgrace.

I am totally disgusted with this company. If I could give zero stars I would. In good faith I followed their instructions about sending furs to them. Filled in the form and parcelled up the goods and sent them off at a cost of £72 thinking that the value of the coats would at least cover the cost of sending them! They are currently stuck in customs in Germany and neither I nor the customs people can contact them. Emails not being answered and phone line permanently not available. If it sounds too good to be true then it generally is. DO NOT be taken in by their promises. If they get sent back by the courier it will cost me a further £30. So upset.

Total scam! Doesn’t deserve any stars! Don’t send your things there. You send it (you pay for shipping) then after some days you receive an email stating that you have to pay to find out how much your fur is worth (30 Euros!) only to find out your coat is worth nothing! And you also have to pay to get it back. In no place it is written that you have to pay for the evaluation. Scam! Scam! Scam! What a shame.

Furscouter has proved to be a totally inefficient Company. If you are from outside of Germany, they do not advise you what the correct procedure, {as far as they are concerned} as to how the custom form should be filled out, (eg; to say it is a commercial sample) I sent my fur costing £15+ to them, it got as far as Customs, held because there was a fee to pay, then ,eventually returned to me. Any emails sent by me had a very curt and very unhelpful response from them. At least I got my fur returned to me because I used Royal Mail tracking, who have proved a very efficient Company.

From its website, this looks to be a professional company but it isn't. I have paid £15 for a courier to collect some furs but nobody has arrived and the company will not respond to my emails. When I went to pay, it asked me to "donate" but I thought this might be a translation error... I will be contacting my credit card company to ask for a refund, because this is nothing but a scam.

I sent an inherited fur in good faith at my cost. They then charged me €30 for the evaluation, but then said the furs had no value to them and that I’d then need to pay for return shipping. They are threatening to charge for storage. Sent numerous emails requesting assistance and no reply. Please do not use this company. I failed to check trustpilot in advance and it has cost me £45 so far.

No response; to emails, they have my fur (which I paid to ship). Telephone number is automated German (I do not speak German).
I have not only lost my fur, I am also money down on shipment.
