I recently visited Furniture Village, Lakeside and just wanted to give a shoutout to Jordan. He was polite, patient and incredibly knowledgeable.
I had quite a few questions and took my time making decisions, but at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Jordan was happy to talk me through the different options and gave me the space and information I needed to make up my mind.

It’s quite rare these days to come away from a shopping experience with no complaints, but Jordan genuinely made the whole experience much easier. Excellent customer service and a real credit to Furniture Village.

Received a call from Donna today after our conversation about the spring that has come out of the side of the mattress Donna sent me a email so i could forward some pictures over hopefully now Donna can get this sorted out for us .many thank’s Janet & Tom .

We came in looking for a sofa, Mohammad very kindly came over and helped us. He showed us various options and patiently waited while we try them out. I came back the next day to order it and went straight to Mohammad to help me. He explained things carefully and made sure I understood everything.

Picked our furniture we wanted with help of course and very pleased with the assistance

First delivery didn’t happen ,store never paid upholstery man, 2nd delivery only turned up with 2settees, armchair/footstall coming 12 August hopefully, fingers crossed. Pamela in the stores was very good/also upholstery people also very polite.

Shane provided excellent service, help and advice whilst my elderly mother was choosing a new sofa. You helped make the process easy….thank you!

Everything explained and took there time. We were left to sort out the colour we wanted, we were not rushed. Staff polite and courteous.
